Arm annihilation! Let-s do it! Biceps and triceps all within trisets in this dumbbell workout with some bodyweight exercises introduced too! Isometrics, half reps, slow tempo, playing with the range of movement. exactly how I like to train and I-m sure you will love it too! - For this arm destroyer session you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair for dips and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8 kg each. Each triset is performed twice and generally the 1st and 3rd exercise is the same! Dips X1 slow dip Dips Wide curls Alt wide curl w/ hold Wide curls Skull crushers Shoulders crushers Skull crushers Bottom half curls Top range curls Full range curls Supine grip tricep press Palms facing tricep press Supine grip tricep press Alternating curls Curl pulses Alternating curls X1 slow tricep push up Tricep push ups X1 slow tricep push up Hammer curls Kick backs Hammer curls Finisher: Alternating curls Pulses Alternating curls! Hey does can I use to build my biceps up and get definition as well I-m trying to build up my biceps without bulge and I-m using the mechines but I-m not sure they are working very well also I am a female teen and I really want defined noticeable biceps and triceps help?

how does she does that slow tricep push up so perfectly? and get so low! and not just fall down 15 seconds into it? For half of that superset I had to rest and was just watching her do them in awe!

Thank you for these great workouts. I had been in a pretty repetitive slump of doing the same routines but these are an awesome challenge Plus I can feel and see the results!
