Now, when I did once again after your proposed playlist of workouts for this week I see huge progress - a month ago I couldn't do hamstrings lifts on the yoga block, and today it happened to be a miracle! Even the hamstrings holds. That's amazing, Caroline!

Repeat Day. As tough as I remember today went with 15kgs and kept the pace to match Carolines. First round is very tough, enjoyed the hamstring work and the Bodyweight work at the end as always is a killer. Still all done and feelin good -

I-m so excited-. this is the second time I completed this workout and first time I did it I remember really struggling through it, but this time-. well I can-t say I wasn-t struggling, but I was struggling a little less. Progress!

Holy leg day Batman! Who knew you could work that hard with two dumbbells and a yoga block? Legs were shaking for sure-loved this so much and will definitely add this one to my rotation. Thank you for what you do!

Wowzers! Completed this for the second time 8/30/21 and it wasn-t any easier! The one minute rest between circuits is heaven, but the 10 second rest between moves-hard! Love how I feel after though!
