SWEAT FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT with Dumbbells - Circuit Series Day 5 - Caroline Girvan

A high intensity circuit to work your whole body for 30 minutes combining bodyweight and dumbbells for an intense session! We will HIIT this HARD! For this HIIT workout you will need your mat, a pair of dumbbells and a chair! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each! There are 5 exercises within each circuit! We perform the first and second circuit for 3 rounds in total, and 2 rounds for the third circuit! The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest before moving to next exercise! X3 DUMBBELL BURPEE- LUNGE TO SQUAT(one side) SWITCH SIDE! DECLINE PUSH UP PUNCH ROTATION X3 ALT LUNGE JUMP BURPEE- BULGARIAN LUNGE SWITCH SIDE! ALTERNATING PRESS PARTIAL LATERAL TO FULL RANGE X2 PUSH UP BURPEES- BULGARIAN LUNGE HOPS / 1/2 REPS SWITCH SIDE! DIPS HAMMER CURLS Finisher: 30/30/30 ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS- PUSH UPSALT LUNGE JUMP TO PUSH UPS- -Low impact alternative is provided! As will all exercises within HIIT involving dumbbells, safety is number 1! You will notice you will simply have to move through the exercise at a slightly slower pace than bodyweight! Control the dumbbells at all times and pay attention to lowering of dumbbells! This circuit format is very demanding but we will push through to smash it! Have fun everyone!

It-s a miracle I can keep up but I give all the credit to Caroline who has helped me in strengthening my body for the past year. Living with rheumatoid arthritis since 18 yo can limit in what you can do but Caroline always helps me push past that limit! I feel so strong because of her workouts. She is motivating without yelling -keep going keep going! - Every 30 seconds lol

Note to self:
1st circuit x4
High squats (instead of lunge to squat)
Alternating reverse lunges (I stead of lunge to squat)
2nd circuit x4
3rd circuit x4
Static lunge (instead of Bulgarian hops) x2
Finisher x2
Alternating reverse lunges
Push ups
Jump lunges

Second time completing this on 9/5/21 and still as hard I remember! Dumbbell HIIT is always a challenge! Always a challenge to keep from throwing up as well --- maybe it-s just me? Have a great day! Thanks Caroline! Can-t wait to star epic 3 tomorrow! Good luck everyone and good job!

I loved it the first time. I loved it again today. It-s fun, it-s not boring, it-s a full body and you burn a lot of calories! Come on, do it because it-s great-! Caroline I-m really excited to see today the new Epic III calendar - ---!

BRUTAL! Just as hard as the first time around. Used my 12lb weights except on those punches where had to drop to 10s and that still was tough. My heart was pumping hard! See you tomorrow morning Caroline and thank you for ALL you give us!

Managed to do this at home with resistance bands and my 2 x 4kg kettlebells. I'm in lockdown atm. so I'm trying to do your workouts with what I got. If lockdown continues I'll buy some adjustable weights.

This one felt like 15 minutes. flew by so fast, I was working hard, sweating and having so much fun - (definition of what HIIT, and any workout to be honest, should be! Thanks Caroline! Enjoy everyone! :)

I've been working out with Caroline (virtually) for about 4 weeks. At 52, I've never felt stronger. Great variety, full body or pin point workouts. Please keep adding more workouts! You are an inspiration!

OMG! I can't feel my body haha definitely pushed me hard i didn't know whether to cry or throw up. BUT so so glad I got it done. Thank you for the amazing workouts!
