Day 2 and we are 100% going to target those shoulders, back, chest, biceps and triceps with dumbbells and some bodyweight exercises with as always, a focus on the control to intensify the workout to promote strength gains and hypertrophy! The timer will be on throughout this entire workout for 40 seconds each exercise and 20 seconds rest! Every exercise will be performed for 2 sets apart from the push up variations! Those will be performed for only the 1 set! For this workout, you will simply need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! I am using 2 pairs of dumbbells, the heavier being 17. 5kg each and the lighter pair is 8kg. Yes! By the time we reach the curls, our arms will have to fight for each rep! Maintain good form towards the end and if it means pausing that-s fine! I definitely paused to make perfect reps instead of using momentum to push through! Back, chest, arms and shoulders- day 2 will be complete! You can do this!

I m one EPIC program behind everyone else, just started III and loving it already.
What works for me is having a routine and something structured to follow, needless to say that Caroline is so good and such an inspiration, if I could be even just 10% more like her I would be the happiest girl on the planet.

Omg, I didn't know you were Irish! It is so comforting because my physical therapist is Irish and she is my favorite person to workout with. she has helped me become so confident and strong. This is gonna be so fun: ) I'm so excited to start this workout

THIS was good! Great! I normally hate upper body because its just so slow and just doesn't keep me interested. but this was good and we kept it moving! Thank you Caroline, see you tomorrow!

I'm going to do this in a little while with 20lb and 5kg dumbbells but I have to say it's very odd not having you, Caroline, come up in my feed ---

I am a total beginner. couldn't do any pushup-. what am i supposed to do? I had to take a day off from the leg workout. my legs aree completely sore

Felt like puking 1/2 way into day 1, but I pushed through and felt like a warrior! Day 2 1/2 way in and feeling the same. Let's gooo!

Woow this one is surprisingly a lot easier than the 1st one! I guess I didn-t do it right - I-ll definitely push myself more tomorrow!

HOW does she do this with such heavy weights? My arms were giving out with 15lb and 8lb dumbbells HA. Such a great workout.

K, my legs where dead about 20 minutes in, Idk what they are now. But one thing is certain, I feel bloody fantastic.
