Another day and one step closer to my goal! I dropped the weights at 50 during the finisher. I started feeling a little sick from the continous movement. Slowly and steadily I reached 100 bdy wt only. These finishers give an amazing boost at the end! Thanks Caroline!

Today was a mental battle for me. I had to pause the video and convince myself to get back into it several times. I'm getting physically stronger, but I'm here for the mental gains. Once again, Caroline's workout did not disappoint!

I am so wobbly! I was supposed to do this yesterday but felt so weak that I switched it out with a rest day and rearranged. Still didn't feel that strong today, but I got it done. Thanks, Caroline!

Great workout especially tough throughout, think the lunges were the worse for me with 15kg each. Thank you so much Caroline, did not have time to complete the optional add on.

Theres no way I can do 100 weighted squats so I did some sumo squats and some kettlebell swings - better then nothing ay!
