sheesh caroline! yikes! i thought because i had kind of sort of used to walking anywhere from 10, 000-15, 000 steps a day i could just jump into carolines newer series. it's been about six months or so maybe even more since i've really been able to stop and do one. today's my birthday and i didn't have any plans so thank God i got to attempt this tape. i say attempt because not gone lie. i skipped most of the jumping stuff but i did push ups in place. so dont shad me yalls!
think i'm going to continue this series though it's hard!

Franky, I love playing sport with you, it's Always the same movements but done differently. you boost me. and your outfits are full of color, wich also motivate. it seems to be complicated, but your explanations before and the small video in the corner gives us the good technique. thank you
