EUPHORIC EMOM HIIT Workout - Advanced - EPIC Endgame Day 45 - Caroline Girvan

Every minute on the minute! Speed, endurance, pacing, co-ordination and resilience- not often is an EMOM HIIT workout on the agenda but we are ready! Here-s the breakdown! 3 exercises! We perform the fescue exercise in order for the number of reps within the minute! We then go again on the beep for the next minute! We perform this for 6 sets- We then have a full minute rest! We then move to next trio of exercises! We will begin with an -intro- to get the body warm with some jumping jacks, squats with kick and mountain climbing! The next trio is more towards the upper body & core! Next is lower body! Last trio is the abs and core! And the finisher- on those legs! A fun challenge of 100 x squat jumps, 100 x squats or whatever number you prefer to challenge yourself with! As always, you can stick with my pace, go faster or slower! So just to recap, the timer will be on for 1 minute per set with each completed a total of 6 sets before we have a full 1 minute rest then onto the next sets! JUMPING JACKS x20- SQUAT TO ALTERNATING KICK x10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x20 PUSH UP BURPEE x10- PUSH UPS x10 TUCK TO PLANK x10 SPRAWL x10 CLOSE SQUAT TO HAND TAP x10 ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS x20- ALTERNATING CRAB FOOT REACH x20 ALTERNATING HAND TO FOOT REACH x20 HOLLOW TO CRUNCH x10 FINISHER! 100 x SQUAT JUMPS! - -Low impact alternatives are provided! I-ll be honest and say I REALLY enjoyed this! Knowing there is 1 minute rest every 6 minutes made me work harder! And euphoric I did feel and I am positive you will too! EMOM- we-ve got this!

R u kidding me? OMG! Dead! And I-m still recovering from her leg workout on Wednesday who did the finisher? I was did it! About to throw up a little. - this will go down as one of the best cardio workout ever! I-m doing this 3 xxl a week until I am as fast as her. Along w her other workouts of course. Thanks Caroline I was hating you while we were doing the burpees not gonna lie. Happy Friday. Back tomorrow for your weighted cardio kickboxing.

Exceedingly tough, the first round I managed to complete all the exercise with about 15 secs rest. The second round I could not keep up with all the reps, had to reduce down to about 5. The best round was the ab section even had to reduce reps down by half for the second 2 exercises. The 100 squat jumps had to keep pausing after about 10 to 20. Thanks Caroline

I think maybe that was too intense for me, or maybe it's because I haven't eat lunch because in the last 10 repa of the jump squats I started to feel very sick, I got dizzy and everything. When I finished them I HAD to lay down on the floor because I felt like I was going to pass out!

This was tough especially at the burpee and push up series - great though as short but effective. You're such an incredible coach that I only follow you (except for warm ups, Thanks for your dedication and I love the new IRON workouts! From Caroline xx

Had to cut some of the reps in half, but still got a great challenge! I love how Caroline pushes us to try hard things. This is definitely something I never would have tried on my own. Thank you Caroline!

Oh WOW! Lungs were working at full capacity today and with all the sweating my room has now turned into a hotbox. What a workout Caroline, I can't believe we have accomplished so much! -

Quite enjoyed this workout! I couldnt complete set 2 and 3 in a minute, took around 2 minutes to finish to the given count. I admire your strength Caroline

Even laying was painful after this workout lol. I had to modify quite a lot but it still kill me! Thank you for making us all stronger, Caroline! --

Oh boy never followed this much modifications for exercise in my lifetime holy God felt so proud cuz I demolished it I didn't give up --
