SUPERSET Full Body Workout with Dumbbells - EPIC Endgame Day 49 - Caroline Girvan

Squats, RDLs, rows, presses. all within supersets! This is our kind of workout! Structured, all major muscle groups, combination of dumbbells & bodyweight and full of variety before finishing with one of the most challenging finishers so far in my opinion! The timer will be on for 60 seconds of work, immediately into another exercise for 30 seconds of work! We then have 30 seconds rest inbetween each superset! For this workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, your mat and a yoga block/thick book or small stepper! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each throughout! HEEL ELEVATED SQUAT 1/2 REPS HIGH SQUATS HIGH SQUAT TO RDL RDL 1/2 REPS! RDL TO ROW ROW! ALTERNATING RENEGADE ROW ALTERNATING ROW DEADSTOP LUNGE LUNGE (same side) DEADSTOP LUNGE (switch side) LUNGE (same side) ELEVATED LUNGE (switch) REAR STEP LUNGE (same side) ELEVATED LUNGE (switch) REAR STEP LUNGE (same side) LUNGE TO RDL 1/2 REP STAGGERED RDL (same side) LUNGE TO RDL (switch) 1/2 REP STAGGERED RDL (same side) KNEEL TO PRESS CLEAN TO PRESS (same side) KNEEL TO PRESS CLEAN TO PRESS (same side) STAGGER SQUAT TO ARNOLD PRESS 1/2 REP STAGGERED SQUAT (same side) STAGGERED SQUAT TO ARNOLD PRESS 1/2 REP STAGGERED SQUAT (same side) KNEEL TO SQUAT X1 DUMBBELL BODYWEIGHT ONLY (same side) KNEEL TO SQUAT X1 DUMBBELL BODYWEIGHT ONLY (same side) RENEGADE ROW (one side) PLANK TO SIDE PLANK (same side) RENEGADE ROW (switch side) PLANK TO SIDE PLANK (same side) FINISHER! 100 x PULLOVERS! Day 49 and what a full body workout! I loved the fact the first exercise was the longer duration but then the next variation was only 30 seconds! Lots of dumbbell & bodyweight in there too! One of the most challenging finishers for me so far!

I feel sad and happy at the same time. What's coming next coiling? After 6 month being consistent with your workouts at home I few days joined the gym again but I'm looking forward for new challenges with you. Before I discovered you I thought I know what exercise ment to me. I was wrong. You opened a new world and you make me keep going even when I didn't feel like it. I thought I knew what was exercising before but you did change and improve my point of view about it. Now I just enjoy and ofcouse is not easy sometimes. I learn to love my body way it is. I mi longer try to control the way I love but improve it the way that it makes me feel better and healthy no matters what society says we are supposed to look like.
BIG THANK YOU FOR OPENING MY MIND. YOU'RE JUST FANTASTIC AND WE JUST LOVE YOU.

I feel so ecstatic to have reached DAY 49 in the Epic Endgame Program! I did this workout on a Sunday and used different weights for upper and lower body, 7. 5kgs and 10 kgs resp. I feel so happy and proud of myself for starting 3 months ago! - I can see myself get emotional after tomorrow's workout already-- So excited to continue this journey with the IRON Series!

How much weight have you ladies lost with this workout?
I'm 37, dieting mindfully, working out (do nearly 22k steps each day with hiit and a bit of strength training)
Absolutely nothing seems to work. Haven't lost an inch or a pound in the last 3 months.
I'm so heartbroken and dejected.
But not stopping now
Thinking of giving this a go

kind of sad because i've been sick for a while and it took be twice as long to get to this point in EPIC Endgame; doing it on time was very important for me for the original EPIC and helped me feel a part of the community. but i'm excited for IRON and a new start. and the accomplishment that yes, I did it, once again. thank you.

when caroline says we did lots of upper body this week already and yet i still cant walk or bend properly from the bulgarian lunge workout a few days ago. hahaha good workout but i guess i havent properly recovered from the bulgarian lunges because every lower body exercise i did today was so hard for me

One of my favourite full-body days! What a session! A lot of creativity poured into these supersets! Day 49, it seems like the precious FINALE arrived so fast! This EPIC adventure has been one of the best things for me! Thanks, Caroline! From the bottom of my heart, a million thanks! -

Loved this workout so much, great combination of the exercises and the 1 min round first was a true test of strength and endurance. Kept up consistently for best part to. 10 kg each dumbbell just the right weight. Thank you Caroline

Excellent, not just the exercises but little execution tips that are big, e. g, like placing my leg in the cushion during lunges is something I didn't do but will: )

It's bitter sweet knowing we are almost finished with another epic program. This has been such an amazing experience and I'm proud of all the progress!
