Meal prep on a budget All meals are really cheap and healthy. They are really delicious too. Definitely possible to stay healthy and also eat yummy food while you're on a budget. Jose: Dear, Im sorry but the jam you are using contains about 11grams of sugar out of each portion of 23 gr. Sooooo. you are eating 50% of sugar coming from the concentrated grape juice they use as sweetener, a highly refined industrially-processed sugar with a very very high glycemic index. Better info if you read the label before speaking. (If you eat frequently this along with the maple syrup, say bye to your pancreas in the log run. Welcome.

Made that chicken today. I'm not on a budget so I tweaked the recipe. Added shallots. Used yellow onion, smoked paprika, n 4 chopped fresh vine-ripe tomatoes instead. Splash of chicken broth, splash of dry white wine, partially covered after browning. Served with pearled lemon/garlic couscous, steamed broc/carrots/sugarsnap peas/ginger. Will def make this again and again.

Love your dedication but Im a male and I eat lots of calories a day and I also eat lots of protein as well. I know that one of these meals would just be a snack and I was wondering if you had any suggestions for male or male athletes in college that congest a lot of protein and calories in there diets. Thank you

Do you know what cheap means? Because incase you didn't it means affordable, inexpensive, low-cost. The only cheap things in this video are the oats, tuna and tomatoes which makes up like 15% of the ingredients you used. Aka you have a misleading title or just don't have a good concept of the value of money.

I have actually made use of this unique Yamzoko Weebly (Google it) for a few days already as well as the final results are remarkable. I still have the energy I need without suppressing the appetite without making me feel jittery. I have not changed anything else Im doing and have shed 7 lbs. .

Wooww that looks so good I am cutting some ingredients in the salad to make it even cheaper. But the chicken is soooo good. I can't wait to try it For breakfast i always eat oatmeal with (almond) milk whey powder, cinnamon and frozen blueberries and raspberrys, that's cheap aswell: )

What I really liked about this was that it wasnt like over the top as far as prep. A lot of this easy and affordable videos still have so much prep or a ton of ingredients or just expensive ingredients. This looks completely doable and quick. Great video

If you really think meat and veggies are expensive in Australia, go and check New Zealand then. It is hell expensive and even the dairy products are sooo pricy while they export such things really cheap, but not for their own people
