SLIM LEGS AND THIGH CHALLENGE PROGRAM This is episode 2 which is a no jumping workout that will help you get closer to getting slim legs without those bulky thighs. The main reason why we have bulky thighs/legs is because we have too much fat on the thighs, not cause we have too much muscles. This program aims to lose thigh fat and not build thigh muscles. So it's great for those of you who are afraid of big bulky legs Having said that, I love girls with big and muscly thighs too

hi so im going to do updates on this everydayday 1- omg this was SO hard for me. i had to stop a ton and i feel so out of breath but not that sweaty. but after finishing it i feel really goodday 2- woahhh this was so much easier. still a challenge, but i didnt stop AT ALL this time. what an improvement overnight woahh i would say im way more sweaty than yesterday so idk if thats good or bad and it feels like something is working: )- day 3 i started to do chloes thigh slimming one so ill update on that video it was hard but i can tell something is happening day 4- kinda hard but i think that it will work

First of all. thank you Chloe for this workout and big motivation. I have started to do this excercises before two days and i will keep updating the results. :) 1. day: done, didnt hurt so much, so i was doing some of the excercises twice to feel better (I go to run few times a week, so maybe thats why didnt hurt so much. 2. day: done, was hurting a bit more, i was trying to do some excercises twice again, no results obviously: )3. day: done, i can feel a bit pain of muscles. 4. day: done, again i can feel a bit pain in muscles

doing this for 30 daysday 1 - hurt really badday 2 - super sore, barley could walk normal but i pushed throughday 3 - still sore but its getting better but the workout is still super hard: //day 4 - i honestly was super busy, missed it: (day 5 - still huurts day 6 - hurts real baaad, ugh those plies get me everytimeday 7 - i almost forgot but i did it my legs hurt: cday 8 - merry christmas i hope you all had a good day it hurt like hell thoughday 9 - missed: /day 10 - missed again: (day 11 - good work out today

School is off cuz of corona so Im gonna do this for the next 3 weeks: )Weight- 156. 8Thighs- 25. 5 inHips-40 inWaist- 31 inday 1: I did it and WOW I was sore after it. Pretty hard but I finished. Day 2: it hurt more today because I was still sore from yesterday. I also added the 2 week abs workout and the toned arms workout because I was feeling motivated Day 3: My legs were sore as hell today The abs workout actually hurt more than the thighs, today. I havent seen a difference, obviously,

I tried doing the Chole Ting other thigh workout, and it didn't make me sore at all and I couldn't feel a burn for two weeks. Now I found this workout and it's the first day. I've been running and spinning almost everyday along with Chole Ting's 2 week ab challenge. I can already feel the burn and I will try and update everyday. Day one- I feel the burn Thighs are 30in both

Hey Chloe I've struggle all my life with big bulky legs and this is the very first time after years and years of dedication and gym memberships that my legs actually look and are indeed leaner. I would like to see a video targeting under the glutes, not the butt, but underneath them. Thank you for all your hard work and amazing videos

it may just be me but i was extremely excited for this but so far its been 3 days and my thighs have gone from 19 to 20. it slims the upper ankle area but thats all the good its done. i have been eating healthier and dieting and im still about the same weight but my thighs have grown. anyone have any tips?
