I'm going to start today 3/13/20. ill try my best to eat healthier and ill try my best to update every single day. give me motivation lol. Im not just doing this video. im doing the entire summer shred challenge. before: waist: 29 in. weight: 115. 1 lb. day 1: for the first video it actually was a little easy. some were hard but I managed to push through it. I skipped most of the planks in the second video because I was really tired but its only the first day so I know i'll get better. day 2: today was only one video but it was a lot easier because I think I'm finally learning how to engage my core. today im gonna drink carrot juice and throughout the week im gonna be drinking all kinds of juice. (im not replacing them with my meals like some people do. its not healthy to do that)day 3: ok im sorry but I didn't work out again. but no school for at least 40 days. day 4: it got a lot easier today. I think I ate sort of healthy today so im getting better at it. I had a stressful day of homeschooling since corona virus so now im worried for the next month. day 5: I didn't have the time to work out today. I did do 200 crunches, Russian twists, in and out tho so that's something. Ive been drinking tea everyday and I think im also gonna do some workouts in the morning. day 6: IM GETTING BACK ON TRACK Im feeling a lot better today so im gonna start exercising again. I just haven't had the motivation. Im not going to restart only because I think I can still achieve results. I felt my abs getting strong and my arms during the planks. Today was 3 videos, not including this one. For the plank challenge I took a break when the week 2 timer went off even tho its still week 1. I can't wait to accomplish this. Also tomorrow is a rest day, but im going to do day 3 or day 5 since I didn't do them. Im stuck at home and also might not have dance due to the corona virus. day 7: rest day but I still did something just not a video. week 1: waist: 29. 5 in. weight: 115. 8 lb (my fault, but I still got this)day 8: today I decided to do this in the morning and I'm going to continue to do that on weekends. It was a lot easier today but I was getting tired. I feel things getting a little easier and if I stop skipping days I will achieve my results. No one has seen this comment yet but im hoping it'll help someone in the future. day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14: week 2: waist: weight: day 15: day 16: day 17: day 18: day 19: day 20: day 21: week 3: waist: weight: day 22: day 23: day 24: day 25: day 26: day 27: day 28: week 4: waist: weight: day 29: day 30: day 31: day 32: day 33: day 34: day 35: week 5: waist: weight: day 36: day 37: day 38: day 39: day 40: end of challenge: waist: weight:

I started this work out at the beginning of the year, and honestly I am pretty surprised how consistent I stayed with it. I think what motivated me was knowing that my birthday was coming up in the 35 days from when I started in February If didn't have that coming up idk if I would have been as consistent. so my tip if your struggling to stay motivated: - I would advice to set the date (around 35 days) that you are working towards or - do this around a month before an event coming up so you have the motivation to say you need to be your best for this day. Now I'd be a liar if I said that I didn't prolong rest days and even stop a whole week. (it was the week of my birthday life got hectic) but I told myself that even thou I have skipped this day doesn't mean I can't come back tomorrow or still complete the program. I actually did most of the optional workouts and I am on day 40 of this 35 day challenge because I took the week of on day 33. felt I needed to get back to where I fell off I didn't weight myself before or after doing this workout but took progress pics and I can definitely see a difference but more importantly I can feel the difference

I started the Summer Shredding Challenge some days ago and thought I might share my progress from now on: ) I'm kinda sick to feel bad about my body and self-esteem. Now where I have 5 weeks off I can use the time for a change: )Day 1: First day was super hard; I was never sporty or anything, but seeing all the breaks I took was kinda embarrassing. Nonetheless I was really proud and motivated that I made it through everything Day 2: I felt the sore muscles with every move, but still made the workout. Relieved that it just took 10 mins: )Day 3: The full body workout was much easier It was still very exhausting and such, but the first short break I took was at the end of set 2: DDay 4: Really glad for the day off. I still felt my muscles hurt. Day 5 (the day I started to report my progress): Don't feel well today: I am nauseous and kinda weak. But I still want to get things done and did all the workouts.

Started low impact exercises for 20 minutes starting from 5 minutes. Now from today, I began doing this workout. Weight: 63 kgHeight: 5ft 1. 2inChest: 19. 5 inchesDay 1: I mostly did low impact ones so I don't get demotivated tomorrow and end up too sore to continue. My legs are literally shivering. Day 2: My legs were sore and aching but successfully complete the workout. It was still difficult. Day 3: I was able to complete the workout a bit easier but it still was a tough one. I lost 2 inches off my stomach. Day 4: I am sweating more. This time, I only took one longer break and completed the rest of the workout just in time. I feel stronger. It is becoming easier as days are passing.

I'm sure its been said, but I just wanted to thank you for putting in the low intensity/no jumping versions of the exercises in the workout. I'm an avid fitness person (down 66lbs, 14 more to go) who just moved into an upstairs apartment, so I can't do the routines I'm used to. But when I was doing this, even the low intensity versions made me feel like I was really getting a workout It means a lot to me that you think of people who can't, for whatever reason, put their all into high intensity exercises. Really, it means so much to me. Thank you

Ok so I've tried doing workouts but I've always stopped: P about halfway through but I'm going to keep trying. I'll really try to commit to this program. I want to lose weight and my stomach so here goes nothing. I'm about 123. 6 pounds before eating and sometimes after I get up to 126 pounds. My stomach is pretty big to me, I'm 33 inches at the largest part and it goes past my chest area (I'm a girl so you know what I mean. Day 1: It was not as tough as I thought but it was still hard. Definitely need to have water with me next time lol

I just hopped on the Summer Shed Challenge, god i'm exhausted, i couldn't do some things because it was too hard for me, sometimes i couldn't do them that fast, i had to pause a lot, and sometimes my legs would hurt instead of my arms, i think i'm doing some exercises wrong, but i will push throug. i'm not gonna give up my workout plans this time. (my lazy ass is not gonna win over me again ) please write some inpirational quote to me, i swear i'm gonna loose motivation otherwise; _;

After so many days of following I couldnt maintain my balance in exercises such as touch ground, and I realised that if you extend your arms horizontal to the ground in the parts where you are not touching the ground, you can maintain your balance pretty well. Basic science to stabilise your centre of gravity. School education finally coming in handy: D
