I get really stressed watching these videos because Im a very picky eater. Im only 18 so I cant really buy my own groceries at the moment and plus healthy food where i live is extremely pricy and I dont like vegetables I only like broccoli sometimes, maybe string beans, corn, carrots but peppers, cauliflower, chick peas yuck all gross to me so does anyone have any advice on how to eat simply and healthy as a picky eater? I like fruits and such but vegetables are so hard for me. I love all kinds of fish and I love chicken so thats also good too. I just feel so lost on how eat right for myself when I dislike so many foods: ( like today so far as a meal, I had a chicken cutlet that my mom marinated with bbq sauce with red potatoes and pasta salad with oil and mozzarella cheese (I only ate the whole chicken cutlet, I left a large chunk of the sides left) but Im not sure what else I could do you know? And my boyfriend and I go on dates a lot out to eat which is what well probably do tonight so I am stressed

Yes Chloe Ting video here is great. If you live by yourself or have your own family where the pantry is set up and control by you. This is not the case for everyone bc we either still live with our parents or we just simply dont normally use these ingredients. Let me help you on how to eat your family dinners and lose weight by just combining with any of Chloe 10 mins workout. Remember weight lose is not all about exercise its what you eat. Thank you so much for all these I have Ulcerative Colitis so I can't have raw veggies (baby cucumbers and tomatoes an exception, higher fatty foods, most meats, things with a lot of fiber, sugar, caffeine, nuts/seeds, etc etc. I had a bad flare up lately that restricted my diet even more, so I love how these are healthy options where a lot of the meals work with my restrictions. Thank you It's been such a struggle, and this seriously saves me

If I'd buy all there things each week I'd be broke before the month ends Some cheap but healthy meals would be amazing. Also, I really like to eat sweat meals like pancakes, oatmeal, joghut with banana and healthy granola and so on. Some more sweat but healthy meal ideas would be amazing (especially for breakfast)

Ive been having this diet Yamzoko Weebly (Google it) for a couple of weeks right now and so far I like them I still have the power I would like without controlling the urge for food without having making me really feel jittery. I have not changed everything else I am doing and also have dropped 7 pounds. .

I have a very important question. I live in Colombia and its a bit expensive a lot of this organic ingredients. Also, I live with my parents and don't feel comfortable to ask them for all this. What advice can you all give me to eat healthy while respecting what my parents provide? Thank you
