I am 13 years old and weigh 140 pounds last week I decided to start to get fit I work out every day by myself for 20-30 minutes and then I have pe at my school where we run a half mile or one lap around the track and other stuff like games where we run around and I think of I keep up the constantly I think it will have great results. I just started working out seriously and i do upper body on monday tuesday i play football. On wednesdays i have leg day. Thursdays football again and full body on friday. Would you recomend switching something out or is this a good program?
