It-s good to switch things up when bored but I-m telling you all. you don-t need anything besides free weights and the basics that-s how I built my physique. Not saying this stuff doesn-t work. But people are always trying to -ADD- something to their routine or diet NO! Stop thinking you need to add something you need to work harder.

For anyone trying to do the last exercise on here but they don't have access to cables, you can do basically the same thing in a 1 arm DB row position but using a kettlebell so it doesn't hit you in the hip/torso on every rep. Works well for me anyway.

Ryan-thank you for these great training videos, I really enjoy putting these moves to work at the gym. Could you do a video on what you eat? I hate the word diet as it seems to say we are starving ourselves, but more of a meal plan. Thank you

Wat about building a stronger lower back because only thing I really know to do for that is stiff legged rack pulls Nd it-s becoming really taxing. Plus I don-t do deadlifts as a football player.

Hey Ryan, can you do more on abs? I wanna no how to get that V that a lot of people have. I-ve been doing lots of twisty exercises and see no results. any clue what I could be doing wrong?

I have a power cage home gym, I don-t have a bunch of weights nor access to a sled but I do have three kids. gimme a core leg development routine to build from that is time friendly. Thx -

Just do pullups with varied grips. I love this guy's vids but some of his stuff is unnecessary. If you master the pullup, then you're golden and do not need this particular routine

I tried that last one. Never had a better mind muscle connection with that lower lat! In the beginning it was hard to keep the double squeeze. But this one is def gold. Thnx bro!

Because of your other videos during the pullovers Ive tried keeping my elbows in a fixed position but standing I felt the difference immediately. I-ll have to try the bench out.

Can you do a video on how to develop the proximal section( right below the shoulder) of the bicep? I have great distal development but lack at the proximal section.
