Ready for some bigger & wider shoulders? You know me, nothing better to do than wake up at 2: 00am to film some videos. Today's early morning session was an all cable shoulder workout that someone asked for about a week ago. If you're having trouble connecting with the individual heads of your delts (especially the rear delts) then cables are your best option. It's really easy to find the right path that fits your body and INSTANTLY creates a better contraction

What about a leg day that works for someone who is on their feet running, jumping, lunging forward and backward, etc. I work for Wal-Mart as a online grocery shopper. I'm pushing a cart all day and I try to be at least somewhat athletic by running around the store when I can. I use my calves as brakes. By the end of the day, the back of my legs are the most sore, but my calves hate me too. But at the same time my calves look like chicken legs. The upper part of my legs are decent and have a good bit of strength, but on my leg day, I really attack my calves the most. With 500 or so calf raises, on incline, flat and weighted. Every workout I do I beat myself up. Usually at least 1. 5 hours. I just have alot of energy and my muscles recover quickly, especially my biceps. It doesn't take long for the burning to dissipate, especially in my biceps. It would be awesome to have you kick my ass in the gym. I've only felt nauseated after legs and occasionally abs.

Ryan, I've recently converted to a plant-based diet and would love an in depth video of your eating habits, go-to meals and other tips and tricks, particularly for which sources of vegan protein are best and which are not. I've seen your vegan keto video but what if you just want a diet which maintains a moderate amount of carbs and fat but with 1g/lb bodyweight of protein? Also what supplements would you suggest? Shoutout from Liverpool, UK!

No sets and reps recommended? I know you say your sets are 20 reps or so. You-ve also said you change up the movements often. how can you progressively overload while constantly changing exercises? Now, I agree high reps do work and have done them no matter how jackasses looked at me prior to my home gym. I was growing and they weren-t.

Can you do a video on doms. Is it important to feel sore the next day? I feel like i get more results when i get doms. But lately its been hard to get it, ive mixed it up, went heavy, light, heavy and light, drop sets ect but still no doms at all.
Thanks for all your videos

Started training 5 months ago. I love using cables for shoulders. I have found myself not resting between sets and just alternating arms for the rest instead, whilst reducing the weight each set to carry on. Is this not good, it feels good at the time? Thanks loved the video.

Bud I'm not in your shape, but I do have a physics degree. The weight applies the most force when it's at 90 degrees to your torso, regardless. Dumbells are different because gravity only points down, but in this case the force is towards the pulley

Ryan great stuff here but quick question for you: When I bench, I find it difficult to feel anything in my chest, instead the only area that feels sore afterwards is my shoulder area. What part of my form am I wrong in? Thanks!
