Ready for to hit that back and biceps with a bodyweight only pull day? Now you would think that back would be one body part you would need at least a pull-up bar to really hit but I will tell you that even without a single dumbbell you can stimulate your back enough to grow. It has everything to do with how you work against your own bodyweight and I run through a few variations I found to really connect with the muscle

Lol you have got to be joking right? It looks like you have fell out of a wheel chair and cant get up! Curl your legs! Pmsl, just do push-ups, sit-ups, dips off your couch, put some weight in strong shopping bags and curl them and fly them or row them, dont bend over with a towel and act like a chicken for gods sake the most ridiculous workout i have ever seen and only a clueless noob would be fooled into doing this crap!

Thanks this video was helpful. Can you do a video about nutrition during this quarantine time. I am on a calorie surplus due to trying to bulk. However since the gym has closed and I don-t have access to weights (still doing body weight work outs) should I drop my calorie intake?

Hey, can someone lemme know how the video goes. Does he just explain the exercise and r v just supposed to do our Own number of reps and sets? Because other videos are follow along ones this doesn't really look like that.

Laughs in -was a home-gymmer before I started going to the gym this year so I still have all my equipment at home for when I eventually do get the corona virus or our gym closes because of it-

Anyone knows whether the exercise is set of 3 with reps of 15 or something else? Or doesn-t matter because it-s particular to the individual? If so - what if one wants to bulk?

Guys fill some bags with some sand, some quality work out can be achieved. Body weight workout ill feel boring after a week or 2 this going to last months.
