If you're curious about sets and reps: -Static Lunges: 3 sets / 20 reps (each) -Dumbbell Front Squat: 2 sets / 20 reps & one completely awful fail at 12 set -Sumo Squat: 3 sets / 30 reps -Stiff Leg Deadlifts/Romanian (for you people that care about the technical -definition: 3 sets / 10 slow reps -Reverse Lunges: 3 sets / 15 reps (each)

Bro I'm telling you l really hate you but l love you too, man these reps activated my glutes soooo good and my quads were burning like hells fire. Man I'm telling you your instructions are over the top and very perfect for my body type.

Just finished this one. Well, barely. I barely finished this one! I just have one question. Were you intending this to be an -IBS- workout, that would also cause one to piss a little bit of blood? Because of not, then Ryan, you F---ed me.

This might seem silly but I have trouble understanding the Stiff Leg Deadlift. I don't think I'm feeling the hamstring and how I should execute the movement even though he explained it. Can someone help me out please?

I am a personal trainer and a fitness instructor. I made my class do some of the sissy squats from your previous video and some of the movements from this video. It killed them keep up the good work.

Have a bench, 25lb dumbbells, 30lb Kettlebell, and 35lb dumbbells. Thought about getting a gym membership for $35 a month but I can get adjustable DBs for a year at the gym.

Ryan unfortunately reminds me of that CrossFit guy in Colorado that strangled his wife and smothered his daughters before dumping them in an oil tank. Sorry!
