I am very overweight. I do OMAD with one 24 hour fast and 1 48 hour fast per week. I've done just IF with extended fasting and dropped from 276 to 237 in about 2 months. However, personal issues caused my mental state to decline and I slipped back into old habits. Now I am trying something new with OMAD + Exercise. I am still recovering from a knee injury but I was given a shot to dull the pain and push through therapy. So I go to therapy 5 days a week and the gym 6 all with cardio at the end since I must strengthen my heart as well from being overweight. So far I've lost 5lbs and 1 inch on my waist and it's only been a week. For my meal it's VERY high protein and veggies for my carbs (mostly broccoli, mushrooms, asparagus, salad w/evoo lemon salt, pepper and feta cheese, cabbage etc) foods that are high in fiber to counter the carb intake.
I push myself to failure while I am at the gym even on my fasting days then do cardio for a minimum of 1 mile. It's been quite grueling but I am loving it. I love the pain and the euphoria I feel during/after my workout session. I have a goal of 180-195 by March 21. That's 4 months to lose 60lbs. I know I can do it and every day I battle with myself and my mental state. I want to change my life for the better, I want to be fit, I want to feel good and more confident in myself. I used every excuse in the book, including my injuries. Well the doctor says I'm going to be in pain the rest of my life and I cannot work in my field anymore (FML right but cha ching! still FML) If I am going to be in pain for the rest of my life I'd rather be fit and healthy than unhealthy and fat.
Anyway, I am considering getting your product after I lose more weight and get into better shape because I KNOW you're going to kill me. Love the vids!

What-s a cheat day, I barely got off my diet at the holidays but didn-t touch one sweet dessert and didn-t gain a pound, I-m 59 and have been overweight most of my life but the past 2 years I-ve been on this diet and workout out and lost 100 pounds and best shape of my life and this change is permanent, awesome video as usual

I don-t eat pizza or tons of calories I do however eat some Oreos here and there but I don-t really drink any sugary stuff. I mostly drink water. I eat eggs and proteins and I-m still not losing this stubborn belly fat. Maybe it-s not my diet but training? Someone help a brother out.

I agree wholeheartedly with giving people your exact same diet. I feel the same way when a person ask how they may acquire the same gains and look imposing like myself. I simply state my exact workout my not work for you which also includes genetics, age and recovery.

I don't care if the advice helps or not, if its good or not, I'm mostly just here for the laughs along with feeling like a shitty asshole for not getting myself into the shape I want to be in, but mostly the laughs.

Once I added a cheat day I-ve noticed my weight drop faster. I keep track of macros so my protein is high enough to keep as much muscle as possible and honestly. Glad I do 90/10 meal plan. 90 clean 10 shit.

One thing I have issues with when dieting is finding a database that has macro-nutrients so I can build a solid plan. Any ideas on where to find such a thing? MyFitnessPal or something I believe may have it.

I really tried sticking with the the keto diet, but I just felt awful and it's also really difficult to adhere to. Then I tried the Agoge diet and it was life changing, I highly recommend it to everyone.

As I'm listening you talk about not stuffing your face with a pizza every night, theres an ad for Little Ceasers staring at me the whole time right below the video.
