Having trouble building bigger, rounder and more capped delts? then I've got you covered. I wanted to go over some things that a lot of you might realize you're doing because I catch myself doing it all the time and that is going way too heavy on side laterals. The fact that you're going to heavy isn't that problem, that will absolutely work IF you are getting the lateral head to contract. Maybe first learn how to stand up straight with dumbbells in each hand. Figure out what your specific posture/stance feels like. Angle at the hips, some prefer a slight fwd lean. Height of elbows as you raise & lower to gain peak contraction while maintaining constant tension. And rep out until your pores squirt out sweat like what's her name. And always remember. Ego. Is. my delts only get BIG and CAPPED! when I up my TRT from 150mgs to 500mgs and add some EQ or Deca. otherwise doesnt matter how much I work them, same with biceps, lats, quads, chest. etc. I havent tried the fish and broccoli stack yet that all the actors get jacked from in 6 months. Its so anabolic and builds so much muscle so fast, Im scared to eat it

Ryan. do you ever do the landmines with laterals that begin with the bar in front and move the barbell up to the side your head. ending with the rear delts being hit. it hits all three heads of the shoulder? I've done these coupled with single snatch press with the barbell. the shoulders are on fire!

Good luck being able to grab a bench and cable machine at a public gym reliability to do any kind of workout. Just go with what you know will always be there and available. dumbbells and save yourself time at the gym work both sides at the same time. Who wants to waste 30min just on one muscle.

Every one of this guys videos feels like I'm in some kind of recurring nightmare where he just passive-aggressively critiques my form, muscle growth and diet for eternity. Always feel like I've just been called into a disciplinary HR meeting about my lats or whatever and this is my last warning.

When your traps and upper middle back is sore for days after doing shoulders. then you know your form is shitty that would be me. Hit The delts with light dumbbells but everything traps is sore but not your delts and the shoulders won-t grow! Screw me-

The reason people-s shoulders aren-t getting capped is cause they are not taking steroids. Very simple. Ben in the game 25 years and the only guys with capped shoulders did juice, no certain exercise will cap your shoulders.
