Ready to blow up those side delts? Let's get after it! I've had a few people ask me to go over all of the lateral raise variations you can do and while this ins't all of them, these are some of my favorite. I figured I would spare you a 15min video because you know. So if you want to hit that lateral head effectively I would take a day and try each one of these exercises and see which you connect with most. I guarantee there will be one that becomes you new staple and helps you put some serious size on those delts

I'm old. Been working out since I was 13. Five foot nine and 155 pounds at about 15 percent body fat. Let me tell you something. I've tried every diet. Carnivore, Keto, cyclic keto, moderate carb, low carb, etc. Worked out so hard I've puked. Had my bicep torn off my forearm doing weighted chins with 150 pounds strapped around my waist. Only times in my life I weighed over 165 pounds and not been overly fat was the three times I cycled steroids. Boom. On cycle every time I shot up to 185 with around 12 percent body fat and stronger than I've ever been. So wake up all you fans of this clown. He is without a doubt on steroids. NO DOUBT. Yet all he ever talks about is diet and intensity. So, go ahead. Follow this clown. You'll never come close to his steroid derived -gains- without the steroids. That is his real -secret-. Oh and those gains all go bye bye when you stop using. And if you don't stop using, your natural testosterone will be gone forever. So there's that.

Ryan, I have 40, 35, and 30 pound dumbbells. I use the 40 pounders for traditional overhead press, floor press, bent rows, compound moved, the others for curling. Sound right? I have 25 pound dumbbells, you've had me looking at them more. Sound right? I'm 55 and really benefit from your vids. Many thanks sir.

Fantastic muscle growth is reality.
So where is the video on increasing beard thickness? I no longer care about those cowards gone AWOL from my former Flattop, but some more facial definition would be a bonus!
But, I ain-t trading length/girth for facial hair if it-s one or the other.

My delts just don't grow. All my other muscles grow quickly. When I flex my delts they look like trained delts, but when my arms are just hanging they look flat, skinny and useless. Still hoping for that miracle to get cannon balls. Definitely trying these for a few months.

All good but what about how to have a thick beard? It's a must and when you have 'pubes' for a beard you can't decide either to let them grow or shave them. Is there a product with no shitty side effects that really works in a few months?

I had rotator cuff and bicep tendon surgery a few years ago, and I have fully recovered, but I haven't been consistent with working out. Would these exercises be okay for me to do, or would it cause some damage? Thanks in advance.

50 year old experienced gym rat. I-ve done it heavy, light, with chemicals and without. Bottom line is I-ve never been more sore since I bought Ryan-s program and I-m on day 4. Absolutely fantastic resource. Spend the 20 bucks!

Sir I just implemented some of your leg day strategy today and let-s just say I pretty much hated my life today. I haven-t felt that kind of complete exhaustion for a couple of years. Much appreciated.
