If you have a pool handy you can do a HUGE amount of lower body/leg stretches in the shallow end because you have far more balance and also able to control how much weight you put into the stretch. The real benefit is that you are far more balanced and don't have to worry about falling on your face and tearing a quad, and also nobody is likely to notice if you piss yourself.
If you want to go full batshit, you can do this at the beach and get a pretty damned good cardio workout trying to stretch whilst battling the breakers.

So Ryan this seems more like isometric contraction in a few key muscle groups.
I love the flex hang especially in a staggered neutral grip (same bar, one hand in front of the other. Two cinderblocks/yoga blocks whatever to elevate hands/allow more ROM and you can bodyweight iso hold the press. For the kneeling cosack you can put your head on the wall behind you and rest on the tops of your feet, now try to flex those quads and glutes!

The principles you talk about just before 2 minutes could make a great video imo. I think people generally don't understand or can't appropriately use intention and visualization. They often worry more about sets and reps and what specific exercise to do. It could be really help people.

The last stretch is like cake to me, I-ve been super flexible my whole life. It kills me when squaring because I can legit sit on the floor and can-t get back up. I have no -rubber band- build up to help me get back up.

So I broke my collar bone in 6th grade and I'm 26 now and I've realized that due to the way it healed I can't achieve the pures6 proper form but I stillmanage pretty good form is this ok should I try a different exercise?

I have done a variation of the same stretch at the end (quads) I just get on my knees and throw myself to the back so elbows touch the floor on straight form. yes it's painful but feels great after you get up

Wow. How does he know I have a history of substance abuse and fornicating? I wonder if he knows I think vegans are just afraid to go out and harvest meat, or dig their own veggies. Awesome info I love this guy.
