Seriously awesome video! I've struggled for years trying to get a full activation with my rear delts. Just ran through this workout and they are on fire. Also, thank you for mentioning the specific angle of movement. I know it sounds weird, but I have an issue with the vision in one eye that makes it very difficult for me to really see and my brain to accurately process depth of dimension in videos and pictures. Mentioning a specific angle of movement is something most people dont do bc they just assume it can be made obvious in a video. For people like myself though, it's a big issue when I watch training videos. Anyways. thanks man, I really do appreciate it a lot.

Why would any man feel compelled to start off by using God's name in vain suggesting that He should or He is the one who dams every thing in sight. Would tend to cause the viewer or hearer of such language to just bypass any further conversation - unfortunately. Intellectualism can sometimes get the best of a man's mouth out of the vanity of his own heart. Do appreciate this man's skill at presenting some quality tips on B. B.: But just hope he comes to his senses to refrain his inappropriate adjective commentary and stick to the subject at hand. Every man did that which was right in his own eyes. BUT. then.

I like all these variations and I-ve had great connections with some of them but I have a really hard time tracking them. I-ve always tracked my workouts but I don-t know what to call half these things and even if I just describe them, they are hard to replicate.
I-m thinking I should just start listing the muscles that I want and how many exercises and sets I want to do without recording exactly which exercises I did, the weight or the reps.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Great video Ryan! Almost done with week 4 of the garage program, only to start back with week 1 again. I'm 48, have a good amount of lifting experience, came off a 8-9 year -break-. I'm sore af day after every one, not sure if I'm growing yet. Diet, I'm doing my best, shits expensive to eat healthy all the time.

2. 30- 2. 50s I do these at the start of every workout. 3 sets of 15-20 rep failure. You don't want to go heavy, but I find this a superior warm up to band pull aparts, and the pre-exhaust and pump it brings to your rear delts and upper back sets you up for everything from Bench to deadlift to low bar squats.

20 years ago my buddies used to razz me about placing so much focus on my rear delts.
Now they're all hunched over at 40 like senior citizens trying to out pace the grim reaper with a mall walk.
As for me. well, my chest isn't caved-in like a soup bowl so that's a start.

To anyone whos on the fence about his program i can vouch for his garage program. By the end of the 30 day mark my legs grew an inch and a half and i have already been lifting consistently and training properly for about 4 years. His programs are brutal but they work

You are a faw-king genius. Love the innovation with using machines and weights untraditionally by not 'how to do them' but 'how to feel the dam muscle' keep the videos coming.

Something about his tone of Voice, makes me want to learn from him. I-m tired of walking around with half my deltoid-ready to lick the pad. LFG-wow so much variation. Thnx

Looking a little flush, Ry-bae. Rear delts from crapping oneself in bed while losing virginity to getting a stroke. what! All over the place.
Yes your delts look amazing.
