6 Muscle Building Supplements YOU NEED!

Ready to add 6 muscle building supplements to your regimen that actually get results? The first one is obvious but not for the reason that most people think and it's creatine monohydrate. The way the supplement companies have marketed it to us for years makes you think it was a gift from the gods that randomly one day was bestowed on us. In reality it's something you get from food but most people aren't able to get enough through food so you NEED to supplement. Make sure you do because it's one of your body's energy sources for muscle contractions. Next up D3, this one is interesting because it's more related to a steroid than an actual vitamin and plays a role in everything from protein synthesis to increasing strength and muscle mass. Glutamine didn't make the list. Caffeine which you might think is a random one to put on here but the intensity of your workouts dictate the amount of muscle you put on so if it helps you hurt yourself then take it! Digestive enzymes is huge because if you're serious about muscle building then you are taking in a ridiculous amount of protein and your body only can do so much so give it a break and help it breakdown that protein. Finally fiber which I'll admit is a stretch but colon health is incredibly important and is your last line of the absorption of nutrients so if you're full of sh t then you're not efficient.

I can't STRESS how important those digestive enzymes are. Just bought some for my family. No kidding. I gained over 10 Lbs and counting of mass in a matter of weeks after introducing those things to my daily diet. Before, the scale barely moved, even as I packed in the calories and protein, and worked out like a race horse. Safe to say, I was simply wasting my money and time on the products I used, because my body just wasn't absorbing and utilizing them effectively. It took some time and research for me to focus in on digestive absorption, but it changed the game for me once I locked in. Good call!

This guy really getting thirsty with his thot, no class, no self respect for either, that's wat this social media sht will do, all about money and views, you can have it all bro but you won't be content, don't lose the free things in life, don't sacrifice, self respect, integrity, class. Used to fk with him, now he's trying to appeal and capitalize on insecure Lil boys. Cmon bro you better then this, you don't need the thirst trap to make great content. Simps about to thrash my sht. 1, creatine
2. Vit D
3. caffeine
4. probiotics
5. fiber
As a med student and someone who's been into fitness for years I love that list but if you really want others I'd recommend
- fish oil- aka DHA/EPA good for joint health and other things like bp and heart health
- COQ 10 - heart health, inflammation and some muscle synthesis
- tumeric for inflammation and recovery

I work from 10-8 most days, so I usually miss most sunlight during the week. I had a day off so i spent it relaxing and caught some sun. I had never prioritized vitamin D until i started to realize that when i d lay out my sleep was better, i felt stronger and more recovered. One tiny little factor broke a plateau. Weird shit

Yup, no one gets enough vit D. I take 4000IU a day, creatine everyday and a pre work with just enough caffeine to get you motivated and lastly, good ol Metamucil 1x a day with my biggest meal. Have been on the regimen for as long as I can remember. Now if I can only hit my macros everyday too

You forgot Zinc, but otherwise this was pretty solid advice. Creatine naturally occurs in beef. D3 is also the key to your immune system. There is basically zero chance of a virus killing you if you take D3 regularly, and your heart won't fail as a side effect.
