Ready to grow massive shoulders! New 30Min programs are live! 30Min Full Gym Program 30Min (Garage) Program I've spent the last year diving into the science of training but nothing shocked me more than a cadaver case study that revealed to me the true anatomy of your deltoid muscles. Turns out big boulder shoulders are mostly comprised of the anterior and posterior head, the lateral head is quite small in comparison. In this video, I rank some of my favorite exercises but also give the science behind why they are more effective than some of the more popular but less effective ones that most people do. #bouldershoulders #delts #hypertrophy

step one ( inject testosterone into deltoid)
Step 2 start training
step 3 dose again the week after, and the week after that until you hit 16 weeks of testosterone
step 4 enjoy your boulder shoulders, and no theyre not gonna be boulder shoulders unlles you takes thsese steps. Enough BS
Boulder shoulders come from the look you get when you oversatuate your androgen receptors, when taking AAS.

Yo Ryan, can we get more nutrition videos Trying to figure out ways to eat that enable me to less of a scrawny skinny fat piece of $&. I remember liking your approach to breakfast, I think it was just a ton of egg whites, oats, and honey or something all mixed together. Super curious what your other go-to meals look like. Thanks!

a HUGE THANK YOU for ranking the exercises - I know some of what to do, but without understanding the why behind it, I was f'n it all up!
PS. your 30 min workouts made me puke in my mouth (first time that happened)
PPS. I love your 30 min workouts (but for the life of me I can't get them done under 40 minutes)

I'm 74. Just underwent reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Had complete rotator cuff tears of all 4 tendons plus serious arthritis. Ouch. So now once I can start exercising again (about 3 mos) how do I rebuild the shoulder. Should I focus on rear and front delts rather than the side

I love these specific videos diving deep into specific parts of a muscle group, breaking shoulders into each head ect, and breaking down the exercises that really target which part. Keep 'm coming please!

I watched a few videos by now, the enemy is always the back muscle jumping in. Isn't it time to inject something that stops those muscles from working now I'm not weird, you're looking at corpse studies!

Yes deep in the woods on this one but still good info. Also have some stuff to try out so I'll have to rewatch this one a few times because I've got that eyes glazed over look expecting dick jokes. lol

Great advice, no ego-driven waffle, and no dyed hair / eyebrows nor eyeliner / cheekbone highlighter - a la Asswhine-X’.
Info for side delts, please. ASAP

Been doing a version of the rear delt raise for a while. Bent over with dumbbells and not an ez bar. Never felt my rear delts as connected with anything else.
reply

Thanks for the info Ryan. I struggle most with rear delt and finding the best exercises that target it without the traps dominating. This will really help!

Ryan, I didn't think I hated myself enough to finish your 30min workout (gym version) after day 4. Come to find out, I do. I have made it to week 4 day 3.

Having popped a inner thigh muscle I can't emphasize how well his response to hurting it was. That pop is a horrible feeling I never wish to have happen again

As an aside, the scoop method of read delt dumbbell work has actually worked really well for me!

To get big shoulders you have to train all parts of the shoulder, most people only train 1 or 2 parts of the shoulder. Great content man! :)
