The BEST Quad Exercises RANKED! (Backed By Science)

The new 30-minute Hypertrophy program is live! I recently watched a few of these videos and the biggest mistake everyone makes is in assuming that the exercise is the problem. Yes, there are some low-quality quad exercises out there but most of them can be redeemed just by manipulating your form. My quads grew noticeably more when I started really paying attention to my form. figuring out what I could do to manipulate my knee moment arm and put as much tension on the quadriceps as possible. The three most important factors are how well does it isolate your quads, how much does it put them at length and is there anything else you can do to the exercise to make it even worse! #quads #hypertrophy #buildmuscle

From my years of workout and as a professional trainer I would say body posture is crucial to how effectively a muscle is worked. A little change in your posture can affect the same workout. Which is either adding more tension or taking it off. Always make sure your posture is right before u engage the movement. Great work Ryan.

I’ve been lifting for almost 20 years. Always lifted for strength especially on legs. Pyramid sets, cube method etc. decided to try Ryan’s ppl program to mix things up. My quads were so pumped I could barely walk leaving the gym.

Walking weighed lunges with a barbell are almost a transcendental experience. Every single part of my legs are sore and I attribute most if not all my growth to. They’re absolutely disgusting and I love them.

The secret is take any quad exercise and elevate the heels and stay more upright with your torso and gratz your recfem is ready to tear off and launch into orbit

When I watch a Jeff Nippard video, it's when you and or Eric Bugenhagen are responding. Tremendous respect to all three of you though!

Is there anyway to isolate the VMO or target it more that the surrounding muscles my one VMO wont recover from a knee injury.

Smith squats have always been a weird one for me. Taking those feet that far in front won't activate the glutes more than quads
