All the if you can only take supplements in the form of candy you probably shouldn't be getting into Fitness to begin with.
Creatine gel caps are the way to go. It's also known as PURPLE K. It's a Buffered creatine monohydrate solution That is a patented formula so it does not turn into creatinine in your system.
So if you want to make sure that you still have a functional set of kidneys, in your 60s use a buffered creatine monohydrate solution.

I just downloaded the app and it’s awesome. I can’t wait for more products to be added. My only feedback is if you could include potency and contaminate test data for all supplements and not just those which fail. It’s nice to see how the product matches up against their claims. Thanks again. You’re doing great work for all of us.
UPDATE: I have found the certificate of analysis for each item. Again, your team has done great work.

i was JUST ranting about how different our lives would be if we could do our own testing (and manufacturing) at home. watched a video on how Lglutamine 'might cause an increase in ammonia levels which might cause a list of generic but negative side effects'. why cant we do blood AND product testing at home, affordably forget flying cars and GTA6, we should be able to print our own supplements dammit

Um, my hampster needs to know which peptide site you're referring to. I actually found one through Mike Adams, Limitless Biotech. Mike Adams has a full research lab and tests foods for heavy metals and contaminants. So if Mike Adams is ingesting anything, you can be sure, he ran it through testing before he did.

I honestly don't even know how they'd ever make creatine monohydrate gummies EVER work. Creatine turns to creatinine as soon as it hits water, so putting it into a gummy would almost certainly denature it to such a degree that it wouldn't even matter.
reply

Why would you even buy (insert any kind of) gummy in the first place. Buy the powder drink it with water. Like i never got vitamin gummys. I have never met anyone who even buys that shit. It genuinely confuses me where the need for this came from
reply

You know creatine works if you get blood work and the doctor tells you that your kidneys are failing and you're one foot inside a renal clinic. That's that sweet spot in terms of how your doctor phrases it.

Where do we submit something that needs to be reviewed
Please test Menerals. Yes Menerals. It looks and sounds cool. Actually the marketing looks like Ryan wrote it. LoL. But is it real

I’ve gotten my creatine from Walmart for years. It’s like $9 or something and has 90 servings I think. It’s simply and arguably one of if not the cheapest supplements out there.

Wild how book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution flew under the radar. If youre even slightly curious about upgrading your life, you need to read it.

Love the app idea! Ive been screaming for people making these videos to compile their recommendations for creatine, protein, etc and Im happy to see you doing it

It’s insane how underrated book called Secret Testosterone Nexus of Evolution still is. Anyone serious about peak testosterone should’ve read this already.
reply

Honestly i can see why ppl would want to take creatine in gummy form or flavored because unflavored creatine taste so weird and bad i legit gag just by looking at it

People purchasing creatine gummies are the same type of rtrds that can't bring themselves to drink plain water because it has no taste or it's boring.
reply

I NEVER thought Ryan would stoop to stealing content and especially the amazing work that James Smith has done on exposing the creatine gummies scam.
reply

Yup! All hype and name. Fk bucked up. Haven't touched them in years. . I do grab that yearly shaker bottle deal though. Never gotten a shirt though
reply

You do not deserve big arms, if you even think about needing gummies as a supplement, im sorry that’s just how it is, i don’t make the rules
