Just because you are creating a supposed braced APT, this doesn't mean pretty much anything, are you better then before, I guess so, but you're just wasting time when you could be spending that time fixing the actual problem fully, also you people keep banging on about limb length differences as if it matters when it absolutely doesn't, the simple example is this, gorillas and chimpanzees all have drastic limb length differences, yet none of them have back or hip issues and they can all sit in a perfect deep squat, sumo wrestlers from all sorts of countries all have drastic limb length differences, again they can all sit in a deep squat with no hip or back issues what so ever, also none of the golden age bodybuilders had a APT what so ever, they all had drastic limb length difference, AND they all lifted heavy AF all the time because that's what they thought built the most muscle, yet no APT to be seen on anyone. So the actual fix for APT is gentle stretching every day, basically it's like your half arsing your stretching, if you need to you have to force the muscle to relax by doing muscle fibre activation stretching, so you tense up a muscle against resistance, and you do this to about 90% effort for 5 seconds, then you do your gentle stretch. Now for the main part of the fix, you have to train your midsection for strength, most people don't give a shit about midsection strength or tightness, and what do you know most people have an APT lol, golden age bodybuilders gave a shit about midsection strength and tightness and they didn't have an APT, so yeah you absolutely have to train your abs/core and obliques for strength, also a move I have invented which drastically improves an already created move, this is the strength vacuum, so you use a chain weightlifting belt meant for things like weighted pullups etc, and you either get on your hands and knees, or you lean over a platform that is waist height, and you attach some weight to the chain, and with an arched back having the weight on the floor, you then do a stomach vacuum and lift the weight off of the ground, this doesn't just give you a tighter midsection when it comes to a stomach vacuum, but it actually strengthens the muscle as well which is necessary for making it tighter and more protective over the lower back. Hope this helps anyone who see's this

Brother, you are a god send man. I have been following you for a long time. 43 year old male suffering with chronic lower back pain for 10 years now. I’ve tried it all to get pain free except surgery.
My lower back and hips and hamstrings always felt tight. No matter how much I’d stretch them. Disc bulge at S1/L4/L5. Stretching never helped my pain. Even the ISO holds on the back extension machine completely debilitated me for over a month due to a spasm I got from them.
10 years of chronic lower back pain and trying ever solution out there from McGill to McKenzie, to chiropractors and physical therapist. It was solved in 2 weeks. I finally found what worked for me! I am finally pain free thanks to you!
It was the god damn reverse hyper extension machine that Louie Simmons created. I can’t believe I am finally pain free! I did them exactly how you said to with my feet flared out instead of straight! No one has ever mentioned to me doing them in this manner. I have zero pain doing them and can feel my back getting stronger and stronger!
Even more interesting, is that I am no longer tight and stiff in my lower back, hamstrings, and hips! It’s like the tightness just melted away! I believe this is due to my CNS and nerves along with my brain finally trusting my back again!
All I can say is if you are struggling with chronic lower back pain and have tried everything out there and still are in pain, please try a reverse hyper extension machine the way this man explained it! I purchased my own and use it every other day.
Best health guys! Don’t give up! You just have to find what works for you. If I can get pain free after 10 years, so can you!
Thank you so much for making this video brother! You saved a lot of lives! Including this father’s.

Impulsively made me reach for some darts, I'm not right. Still Love the old untaped drywall, Just put together a half way decent hm gym and was given a nice old Golds gym piece today that compliments my cable machine, had a great privately owned gym near home that burned recently with no contract BS, there about gone. Kids be careful with faulty propane torches and keep fire extinguishers handy in every room, SERIOUSLY! FKN DOIT! THERE CHEAP! Lost my black blad attitude rescue kitycat, every deep scratch was done with territorial love of her house I lived in, now back to video, I'm ready to get big again at 602, maybe using different video but this is educational.

I don’t know when I was incredibly strong in my extensions like dead lifting three times my body weight. I had a lot of anterior pelvic from that. But with that came a lot more stiffness and pain at times in my lower back and a lot less mobility in my hips.
Even though I’m not as strong in those movements today I’ve completely fixed the anterior pelvic tilt and I’m able to move with far more fluidity less pain and just generally feel healthier for it

As a factory work who is forced to stress my lumbar discs for 10 hours a day, I have had to obsess over lumbar alignment and spinal muscles every second of every workday. It led me to move so carefully that every coworker in every factory complains I look weird and gay and need to be fired of f___ing around. Thank you for confirming everything I had to painful discover on my own, and adding more that will delay the day when RSI puts me out of work.

Great information. It’s hard to put it all together regarding what each muscle does or is but it make sense and could help many. This is what they should do at physiotherapist when you come and ask them about your lower back pain. However I was said not to do any back exercises Like come on, how are my muscles going to hold my heritated dicks when they are weak and then it’ll just get worse. Thank you Ryan, as always.

Can u do a collab with Andy Galpin and you guys do a emg test for the whole body (or just upper body hehehe) and give us a super updated s tier move list for each muscle head please! And also talk him into doing a least time training plan for each of the adaptations (power, speed, power endurance, strength, etc) just the most lean and least time intensive training, and how it mixes for hybrid athletes.

If you’re in your 20s or 30s and think your energy’s fine, it’s not. Do yourself a favor and read book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico. It’s the kind of stuff no doctor or influencer ever talks about. Pure truth about testosterone and how to keep it strong for life.

This information if you use it is gold. The inclusion of a incredible ass is genius. UnIronically it's one of the best things I have seen to address my own back, I am really strong on a good day then get a ql back spasm lifting a plant pot another day.

I never understood this idea we are not supposed to have anterior tilt As far as I learned fixing my L4-5 disc bulge that the anterior tilt is a place of repair and strength for the lumbar spine and it absolutely required for strength of the lumbar.

I get MEGA light-headed doing back extensions. Weighted or not. I've tried all the breathing techniques. One time I passed out. It's not an issue with me holding my breath, which is what everyone always says.

Another familiar topic that no one covers is strength training for the flexible dancer/yogi/gymnast with hyperextended knees who has an anterior pelvic tilt, naturally.

I fully agree, that person's focus needs to be fat loss via modest caloric deficit paired with some physical activity, not building any particular muscles any bigger

Can’t believe the book called TestoGenesis Protocol by Angelico isn’t everywhere by now. If peak performance matters to you, this one is non-negotiable.

I noticed that dancers and gymnasts seem to have anterior pelvic tilt and tried to adopt that stance, till I heard everyone saying you need to correct it.
