The single most beneficial trap workout is, single one harm dumbbell upright rolls. Look at me pic and that should letcha know im telling the truth. This is my trap without flexin. I use to workout woth one arm 120lb bumbells for 8 to 12 reps. I dont go nowhere near that heavy anymore cuz of a car accident Injury that causes my lower back to hurt. But i still hit this movement cuz i know its the best single movement, cuz you a longer range of movement on the traps

Honestly this is the best advice for people starting to work out that they should look for! Telling someone to just get in the gym and just start somewhere is good but bad at the same time. So many people I see in the gym working out improper or not knowing how to engage the muscle to get results. Those are the same people who give up or work out chest or arms and don-t feel anything lifting heavy weights yet never really engage the muscles properly!

Muscle mind connection is so important. I was throwing up weight for about a year before I even knew about this. I recently started doing db pullovers for lats the way you demonstrated in another video, and I think it's the first time I ever felt it in my lats and not just triceps and chest. You're the man dawg!

Do you think genetics has a lot to play with getting bigger.
Back in the day all I did was drink egg and milk protein from GNC work out
And I was built stop working out for all the wrong reasons ( got fat )
Got back into with in a couple months I look better then I even did -

The key to growth is very simple steroids eat right and listen to any professional trainer that-s it all these people think twisting the wrists doing all he-s own little myths going to make you bigger basic training guys in my gym are a lot more advanced in weight and muscle than him

Ryan, do you mix martial arts/sparring/boxing training in with your muscle building routine? I find martial arts a good source of cardio but it-s more taxing on the body I tend to have to rest up two to three days before hitting the routine again. Thoughts?

Thanks for the video Ryan, my tip is to ignore people who keep saying to up the weight because form and mind muscle connection is better and more important than throwing a heavy weight around and also leave arms the last thing to train before leaving the gym -

Never purchased a program from anyone. Ryan at least I could easily tell u if I'm just truly a pussy or you really have a warehouse full of bags of dicks for all the haters and I want to prove it. Holy shit getting after it!
