Yes pushing yourself, what is that threshold? Everybody-s different. So how do you figure out if your routine is still working or when you need to increase. I find myself confused between sport and health. Iam type 2 Diabetic and I want to try and get my best results without burning out. Another thing, is there seasons when you should switch your routine. What I have noticed is online is bulking phases and cutting phases. Is that just for bodybuilders who enter shows or is it for everyone who wants to look and feel good?

5: 31 for me, i know i am hitting intensity when i am actually -scared- of doing the next rep.
when i'm squatting, or doing military presses, when i feel like i don't have the next rep, THAT is the rep i know will get me stronger the next time i come back to the gym.
the only thing is, i've been training like this for a while now and all my joints are hurtingn.
i got tiger balms on both my elbows, both my knees, and my right shoulder right now. --

When I was 21, I went to vegas for the first time with some friends. I thought it would be funny to pack my protein powder, to look like ounces of cocaine. I had on a loud suit, with a silk pink shirt. When my bag was opened in the security line, I started running down the terminal and shouting like Tony Montana. I was chased down and shot with multiple taser guns. I-m still on the no fly restriction from SFO 20 years later

I work for a vitamin company that sells a product called Black Powder. It-s a powder. The TSA guy who stopped me says their machinery can-t tell the difference between powder and liquid. Of course you can-t take liquid on a plane. When they opened my bag and saw the label, I knew I was in big trouble. But of course when they swabbed it, they saw it was not that kind of explosive - just a pre workout. I feel your pain.

Really liked this, fast paced and lots of entertainment.
Just a thought about 5: 35, maybe do a video or a small series on your workouts? Kinda the main exercises you used to get those huge arms and that chest? I know you already make videos on how to grow those parts if you're lacking in them, but how about just a raw video in which you show how you actually normally work out?

So I traveled from St. Louis to Denver. Both airports I was pulled to the side and they tested my glutamine, creatine and protein powder. While all along I had my testosterone, hcg and a ten pack of syringes in a bag inside my carry on which they never even gave a second look. My guess is they are much more worried about a bomb than they are trt stuff. Lol

I think it may be 1/500, to find someone who actually lifts as hard as they can. I took 3 months off and have been in the gym since October and I-ve gone from 155-171 and I-m going up weight every lift. A guy i see there asked what I-m on, but I-m completely natural just lifting hard and hitting my macros. Amazing content bro

You just recorded the -actual- reason why you build muscle. Your emotional cognizance is lacking in self worth and you crave validation. I appreciate the fidelity you have offered yourself to become the size you have and the skills learned along the way. If one lives in story they stagnate emotional aptitude. Best wishes.

You have actually changed my life in the last month and a half. Since I found your videos I have gone back and watched every video and use them for every workout. By far the best mind/muscle connection I have ever had and the best growth.
You are definitely helping people my friend. Thank you.

I would ask a quiestion that is not about the video's topic but what split would you recommend? I've watched a lot of your videos about targeting diffrent muscles but I can't think of a split? I can train 4-5 times a week also your videos are with made with unbelievable quiality!
