Wow, love it! Going to do it today. It is way different than I have been doing with the lat pull down machine. I was using the lat pull down but not tucking and assisting with the lat bar. I was not feeling it enough because of the assist of the bar. Please, please, please keep showing us innovative way to work differs muscles. I get like trying new exercises. Would love to know what you think of the power plate. Used it the other day and did not follow a program from the machine but did weighted step ups, planks, push ups, crunches and jump squats and repeated.
I guess you can do pretty much anything that you do on the floor but it is kind of annoying sensation. What do you think of this machine? I don-t see many people using this machine this way. They only stretch on it.

Surprised how well the Glute-ham raise/nordic variation hit hamstrings. Wasn't going to try it because with my somewhat limited understanding of posterior chain movements I thought it would hit lower back quite a lot when bending at the hip like that, but it's class.

On the first exercise: you're making me do more weird shit at the gym, Ryan. Oh well, it always works. I'll try this next leg workout. I have a tough time hitting my hamstrings and everyone is always using the one machine that works them.

Copied your prescribed leg exercises and now on the next day, my leg muscles are hurting like it was my first day in the gym. lol. Just how's to show leg exercise variety is key. Thanks for the exercises Ryan!

I super set squats with romanian deadlifts today. Really focused on slow eccentric without locking my knees with the squats. Then superset leg press with laying leg curls. It was a crazy brutal workout lol.

Bad ass! Trying a move from this one. how about doing a vid on how to concentrate on the lower pec but the center to kind of close that gap. Maybe even a series of rear delts or lateral head exercises.
