Well someone asked for it so I had to try it. a FULL upper body workout. Now normally I wouldn't do a workout like this because I like to dedicate more time to each muscle but I can definitely see the benefit. Either short on time or just like to hit more at once this will get the job done!

Does anybody know if this is a good work out routine?
I usually knock it all out in one day.
I'm new to lifting weights, tho.
Been training calisthenics for about a year and a half. I just started lifting weights about 2-3 weeks ago, to try to speed up the gains. Calisthenics is great, but, I feel like i would've been a lot bigger if i was lifting weights that whole time.

Is it possible to make gains doing a full body workout? When I started seriously training 5 years ago I would go to the gym 5 days a week for around 2 hours a day which includes 1/2 hour of cardio. I mostly did splits (working a single muscle group each day) and had some impressive results. Life has gotten pretty hectic for the past couple of years so I only get to the gym 2-3 times a week. Since I don't go as often I do more of a full body workout with an emphasis on a specific muscle group be doing 2 or 3 exercises targeting that group. I have been able to maintain and maybe improve definition some but not really making any gains. I guess my real question is is it possible to create growth only hitting the gym a couple times a week? Just a little back round, I'm 51 5'11- 195 lbs and have worked out off and on my whole adult life but never seriously until 5 years ago.

Great video, some more alternative upper body routines would be really good for variation in future videos. One question for an upper/lower split routine would deadlifts on upper day not over tax legs. Love your videos and content. Can-t believe after 20 years in the gym I haven-t mastered rope tricep extension until viewing your tricep video.

Excellent video! Why were legs not included in this workout? For example, starting with legs, dead lifts and then bent over rolls etc It seems like squats could have been in it. Unless the idea is that the dead lifts does include some leg work. I like the workout. And thanks

Can you make a video on your daily workout for a normal week? Monday, Tuesday, Weds. Etc. Do you have an arm day where you focus on triceps and biceps or do you break up each muscle for each day. I'm having trouble getting a routine down.

Try this workout. some bodybuilders I knew in early 90-s did this for strength. Squats 3x8-10, pulldowns 3x8-10, military press 3x8-10, Bent over rows 3x8-10, straight bar curls 3x8-10. Hits almost everything

I would actually disagree with this entire workout. This was a bad example of an upper workout and the fact your doing sumo male muscle groups back to back makes this not suitable for long term.

Yo! So my abs are uneven, like the left side is visibly bigger than the right and I feel it taking over in any ab movements I do. Can you make a video about correcting this?
