Here's a guy. He's a shit swimmer! This is my face! in this video I will teach you how to not be a shit swimmer. This guy really has problems. is it because he's bad? I can teach you not to be bad. The problem with this guy is that he's not a good swimmer. This is what I look like, and if you watch my video you will learn how to not be bad. I will break it down, step by step, in this video. We will start with the biggest reason why this guy is bad. It's not what you think. but it is something. something bad that's holding him back. he cannot be a good swimmer until he overcomes his obstacles. I am a good swimmer. He has a difficult swim ahead of him, which will be only more difficult for one simple reason. The Iron Man competition has a swimming component. he has a number of issues when it comes to the task of swimming.

I am a beginner swimmer unfortunately I've have experience 2 near drowning experience as a child as an adult I wanted absolutely nothing to do with water but I'm learning to overcome my fear so for me technique is key and your videos give those specific technique for a beginner swimmer which is awesome I do love kayaking and canoeing so it's even more imperative that I can face my fear so I could do these activities more often thank you for your videos

as someone who can't swim, I clicked hoping I would learn something. I did. I also forgot to breathe way too much through this video lol. interesting how you can swim with only the arms and I think my problem was the same I expect my head to stay above the water when in reality I always seem to float effortlessly faced down but if you try to keep your head up you end up sinking. still terrified to try this but maybe later this summer

One of the missing things I've found is useful is how you can control buoyancy by holding air in your lungs. If you hold air in your lungs you will naturally float which is why you slowly breathe bubbles as you swim. It also helps get past the fear of drowning as you get more comfortable floating in the water with just holding air than fighting to keep yourself with your arms and legs.

Being new to swimming my worst fear is doing it wrong thus making it default whenever something goes wrong. I am trying my best everyday in the pool to do things right. Progress is slow (still not able to free style without snorkel) but it is ok. Id rather get the right technique being my default than the panicky and desperate struggle to stay afloat and get air.

Men! This is the most graphic and informative training I have ever seen so far! Great job, thank you!
I use to competitive swimming in school and still feel that a water is my natural habitat till now days. Thought, if I would have trainer like this then I was just learning athletic swimming, I would probably turn into a dolphin )

FYI,
On this animation, the guys head looks to high from the water. I would start from teaching him to keep the head much lower under the water (till you almost look down and not so much ahead. This solves the sunken feet issue in a hurry!
Happy swimming

Yep. Started swimming again for the first time since I was younger and slowly getting my form refined again but have long way to go. I can go down the length of the pool but still too much exertion that I feel winded. Most likely a lot to do with this.

I know this is trivial. but Aaron is pronounced as Err-un not AY-ER-ON. Annoying! :) And. Denise is pronounced De-neece not De-NICE. So much for using AI speech generators.

I swim in a self-taught way which is important not to drown, but it turns out that I made a lot of mistakes after watching your video. Thank you all your very useful instructions

Almost 9 minutes to say keep your head down in the water which in turn buoys your chest and lifts your legs in the water. There I just saved you 8. 5 minutes of your life. SMH.

I can't swim due to the feeling of unease in the water. The holding of breath and bubbling is the best thing I ever heard to make me feel more comfortable in water! Amazing

Another major issue with how he was swimming was that he was craning his neck upwards to breathe rather than rolling his entire body. That overtime could cause strain.

Im fine doing all of this stuff as I took lessons as a child, but swimming that far for me would be hard as I need to breathe more often the longer I swim

Substitute Teacher was able to get his class to proper swim techniques. Principle O'shaq-hennessy is very proud I guess. lol
