This is the 4th workout I-ve done of yours this week and I-ve barely started my weight loss journey but I-m using your videos to help close my ring I-m almost at a week of doing workouts. Your videos are helping me because I know your workouts are something I can do everyday!

I do a range of Jo's workouts every week day and today was my first time doing this particular one. I chose it because I've just been so exhausted lately but I still want to get some type of exercise for at least 30 minutes 4-5x per week, and this was perfect! I actually don't feel as tired as I was before I started the workout so thank you Jo!
For anyone curious, I'm around 180lbs, 5'4, and I burned 250 active calories and walked 1. 87 miles according to my apple watch (indoor walk exercise.

Can someone confirm that the Starbucks card still works? I know this was posted a few months ago. Also I love these workouts from jo, I been following her for a while and started to do the workouts I saved over the past year and then some and I love these low impact workouts! Sometimes high impact workouts make me feel heavier but I feel so good after this!

Oh my lord, I have just started doing your work out this is my 5th day and this workout is so good and it literally had me sweating! I use to be in shape and due to a few different obstacles in my life I started to let myself go. I received ran across one of your videos on YouTube and decided to try. THE BEST THING! Thanks Girl

I was feeling so horible, and literally typo -fun work out- and this was the first one. I cannot explain how awesome i feel now, not only i don't feel like a potato anymore, but also really had fun and sweat, and just celebrate that i can move my body. Thank you so much!

Im on my second week of doing your workouts and I love them so much! I feel like I already see some results. After the first two days I started doing your videos with ankle weights on and it really challenges me. Thank you for your positivity Jo!

I tried many workouts, but this workout and all of your vids suits me well, i tried almost 4 of your workout routines. From 66kls down to 63kls.

This is one of my faves of this length. Def kicked my butt towards the end today!
Note to self for future reference- there is a built-in water break 18 or 20 minutes in, no cool down.

I saw this and thought, there's no way she's really sweating from walking. here I sit drenched. I'm going to do this everyday before work since I work in an office. That was amazing!
