I plan on doing this with the latina dance party for 5 days a week along with calorie deficit (1. 500 calories per day) for 3 weeks. I will let you know about results. My goal is to lose 3kg in 3 weeks

I absolutely loved this but the only hard parts were the legs ones cause as a 5'7 14 year old in a small room i' m hitting my bed and wardrobea-lot

Definitely when I'm hearing pop music I'm more active, positive, happier, and I move more so I guess I burn more calories
