Dear Jo. Thank you so much for this workout. Workout completed Jo -. My arms were fully in pain all through and I am looking forward to reduce more of my flabby arm fat. Coz my overall body seems to reduce but arms look big and the same. This was so helpful and I've ordered a proper dumbbell pair so gonna some how reduce my arm fat with you. Love u for all the help that you do for us. ---

Only complaint is music. I need something that makes me want to dance and MOVE. I feel so distracted when music makes you want to move and I can go and go. Makes the workout go so fast. You are so busy enjying the music you don't notice how quickly it goes by.

I loved getting a good sweat in while working on my arms. Upper body is a huge focus for me. The orange bar at the top was really helpful towards the end lol. I found this video through a youtuber who lost 2 inches in 7 days with your arm workouts.

THIS WORK OUT WAS PHENOMENAL! My arms should be toned in No time! My arms and back fat has always been a challenge and made me look crazy in my clothes, but this workout gives me hope that this delima will soon change! Thank you!

Did this workout 4-5 times this week and yess. i did this today without taking a break and putting my hands down. even i am lazy with arm workouts. but this, did keep me going.

Wowsers! 225 calories and DONE! What a fun workout!
It made me think though, can you make an upper body workout that-s seated for someone who is undergoing lower limb surgery?
