30 Min Booty Workout - Low Impact, No Squats, No Jumps, No Equipment - Grow with Jo

This Knee-friendly booty workout works all muscles of the booty to lift and tone it up! This workout is perfect for beginners, but also great for those who are more seasoned it working out. If you have bad joints or suffer from knee pain - this workout could work for you! The workout is 30 minutes, complete with a warm up and cool down. Intro: 0: 00 Warm Up: 1: 19 Workout: 6: 16 Cool Down: 24: 07 make sure to THINK about your glutes during every second of this 30 min workout and try to make them BURN. Means you try to 1) squeeze your butt for every repetition 2) move your leg with the strength of your glutes and not by swinging 3) don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e. g. the lower point of a glute bridge, but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze even more at the upper point of the motion. Another component that is very important for building a booty is getting enough protein and carbs into your diet. If you are struggling with seeing noticeable results and you have done all you can in the exercise department, maybe its time to take things up a notch with a customized diet that is easy to follow, but will give you the BEST results!

Loved the workout. My right gluteus minimus has been overly contracted for about two years so I have to do terribly painful stretches. My hope is this will activate it to strengthen but also even them out to relax. I hurt it running ugh which I miss: ) it was nice to have a talking workout for a change up. I like the style of workouts on YouTube better than the app but both are good.

I like targeted and guided 30 minute sessions. I just found your cardio routines and they-re great for me because I do not like doing cardio whatsoever. But I love doing yours, for warm-ups especially. I like how they slowly build and eventually get sweaty. I-ve come back to doing cardio because of these videos: )

Omg my butt! Loved this workout! Like everyone says I-m so focused on how, UCB my butt is burning I didn-t notice 30mins go by. It was really nice to hear you talking through the exercise Jo! I love the music but I like hearing how I should be moving or holding anything! Thanks so much as always hun!

I have been doing your exercises for 4 months now and I must say I really enjoy it. I was brave enough to try this one and did great. Mind to muscle really helps me. 42 years old with heart failure, had to exercise to keep alive and make my heart healthy again. I am so far, down 50 lbs.

I enjoyed how u talked through each workout, giggled and even getting tongue-tied! Makes it even more fun to follow the exercises - My issue is always stretching out the glute muscles that pull all the way down my legs - Is it due to my tight lower back?

I can't feel anything -
I continued and i regret doing this, cuz it was just nothing for me, i was squeezing and mind connect with the muscle, breathing, but, not sweating not feeling the burn ----

What did I do wrong? My lower back is very sore today after doing this workout yesterday! Typically her workouts don't cause me discomfort.
