If you are currently doing an evening workout to burn fat in your sleep, this is the workout you need to replace it with. You will start to see results quite soon and the workout is only 35 minutes! This workout doesn't necessarily have to be done before bed; it can be done any time of the day, but if you want to get consistent, pick a time that you can consistently workout- for a lot of us that is before bedtime. Omg Jo workout completed -. Omg it was so damn intense. I am exhausted. ----- Very satisfied but i couldn't complete few strength workouts for 40 secs was able to make it only till 25 or 30 secs. But very satisfied that I did something heavy today. Coz mostly I do dance workouts and 20 mins workouts. Thank you so much for taking time to get us fit jo. Love u

Omgggg. this was amazing. I add my 2lbs walking weights and crushed it, 429 calories. Love the moves! I'm using my workouts to 30-40 min and this was a great morning workout, my core, shoulders and arms feel amazing! I usually have my own music own so I miss the instructions( warmup included etc) but the first 5 min got my heart pumping.

I tried this for the first time tonight, one because with my daughter being clingy I still needed to get my steps in. I got halfway through it. I will try again tomorrow night from the beginning. Unfortunately tonight I had tried a 20min. Body type workout and am sore right now. Love growwithJo and can't wait til tomorrows workout.

okay so this is really funny- I wanted to clean the mirror (from kai's finger prints) before filming this workout and of course my evening brain forgot to close the cupboard hahahahahahah LIKE THIS COMMENT if you noticed the open cupboard haha

New to the crew! I-ve completed 2 workouts this week and absolutely loved it. I have an almost 2 year old daughter and haven-t done much for myself since she-s been born. Love your vibe and positivity! It-s just what I need. So happy to be here!

I have been doing this workout for the past 2 nights I love how much it makes me sweat - but I had a question when it gets to the middle of the video all music is gone does anyone else experience this

This works for me perfectly! Do this and fast walking 17 min hit every day for one week! No weight loss but body more defined! My dream body already!

This is the most challenging so far I absolutely loved it.

There is no music between around 20 - 23 minutes of video. Despite that great job! I really feel all my body is working. :D
