Can I request a cool down aimed for people who are not in great shape? This is not a stretch or cool down for me because these positions are so hard on my body. I tried to modify, but even that didn't work. Could you do a standing cool down/stretch that does not require so much squating and getting down so low? I am so out of shape, it injures me to do these positions, but I know I need to cool down, I know it is important. Can you find an old granny or something and see what she can do and make a video for us? :-) I love your videos and creativity!

I just did the 45 minute lot impact HIIT workout and it packed a punch! This workout cooled me down and lowered my heart rate! Love it!
