That moment when you think you've done the toughest growwithjo workout then I drop another insanely intense BURN! For this workout I took out my 2lb dumbbells (if you have weighted gloves or wrist bands, those are PERFECT) and did a remake of one of your favorite 3 mile walks The tunes are boppin The energy is vibing And I hope that you will make it through with me till the end IF you are not able to make it all the way through, dont sweat it, seriously! This one was a really tough one even for me. Make sure to take as many breaks as you need, and as usual; hop back in when you feel comfortable - even if that means coming back to it tomorrow. If you are more of a beginner, check out this workout: There is no shame whatsoever in starting small and working your way up to the more challenging workouts like this one For this workout we will be focusing in on the abs, specifically the lower abs! It is important that you know that losing lower belly fat also comes with some improvements in your nutrition regimen! Start adding more water to your daily routine and try to replace most (not all if you want) of your processed foods with more nutrient dense foods! The key to having a balanced diet is making healthy nutritious food a priority, and not stressing over snacks and treats you enjoy! You will find that when you start weight training, your appetite may increase! This is because you are building lean muscle and your metabolism is speeding up. Try to include protein at every meal & snack so you feel fuller throughout the day and you are feeding your muscles the nutrients they need to grow! I cant wait to hear down below in the comments what you think of this long workout, and how far you made it! If you read all the way through this description make sure to leave me a

I have been following your weekly workout calendars for almost three weeks now and I am always filled with joy and a sense of accomplishment after your workouts! I consider myself a beginner but wanted to challenge myself with this workout. In the first quarter, I told myself -okay I think I'll stop at the midpoint- but once we were midway through the workout I realized I wasn't exhausted. A part of me still wanted to stop midway (likely just out of tiredness) but then I remembered how I felt when I had covid the previous month and how I struggled with my breathing even for simple tasks like washing the dishes. So out of a sense of gratitude to my body for persevering through having Covid, I told myself to continue until I truly couldn't continue but low and behold I completed the entire workout! I am so happy I was able to finish this workout, I feel so powerful and encouraged, thank you so much for all your workouts, your encouragments, and your posts!

I love, love, love this workout. I end up drenched in sweat and even though it wears me out, it also gives me so much energy for the rest of the day.
I exercised the entire time instead of the cool down since I have my own 15 min cool down routine, but whew!
Let me go drink some water. Lol

Week 3 day 3. Haven-t skipped at all. No weight loss yet BUT did notice core muscle memory is coming back (I-m unconsciously tightening my abs again now so my mommy belly isn-t sagging as much. Gotta start watching calories.

Omg this workout was amazing. I do need to opt for smaller weights. I had to put mine down a lot, BUT WOW I almost had to get my inhaler and I haven-t needed it in like 15 years! Such a good workout. So glad I found you Jo!
