Idk if you have one yet but a video of -if this exercise is to hard, try it like this or do this alternative -. I love these stretches but some are a bit challenging, having an alternative or modification in the corner would be awesome!

I-ve just done this one because I have bad back stiffness and ache muscles after doing like 1 hour working out! It worked really well!

I love your workouts but do you have a stretching workout where I don't have to be on my knees - I can't do the knee things.
