I have been doing some of your workouts, basically a beginner and love them. I see that you have a few -do this every morning- to lose weight and you say to be consistent. I'm struggling to figure out which of your workouts I should do consistently every day. Are there certain videos from your collection that you recommend as part of a daily routine to lose weight and get toned. I find it hard to stick to exercising but if I know the exact things to do every day to reach my goals it is easier for me to stick with it. If anyone has a daily workout they do that has shown results, feel free to suggest.

Thank you Jo! I-m not new to working out, but new to your workouts. I absolutely love how you always show the next workout in the bottom right corner, that is something that is essential for me.
I was looking for something today that would get me breathing but not too hard. I am on Day 11 after testing positive for Covid and congestion is the last issue that still hanging around. I want to make sure I keep my lungs open

As someone restarting their fitness journey, I can get really down on myself for feeling tired or out of breath and sweating but then I see Jo sweating along with me as the fitness instructor and I remember it-s ok and I-m actually moving a lot more than I have in years so I should be proud - Thanks Jo! Absolutely love these workouts, only found jo two weeks ago and never finished a workout in my life before that now am doing them daily and looking forward to them.
May I ask under what are people with apple watches putting under for workout am new to this and Apple watches lol?

I started back on IF this week, after falling off for 2 weeks. This will be the perfect workout for my fasted cardio in the mornings. Wish I would've seen this this morning, but I will start tomorrow morning!

I will start exercising with h this dance. I think after 7 days I-ll try to do a different dance workout. I think this will be perfect for beginners.
