If you are ready to feel the burn, then this is the workout for you! Have some weights at home you want to pull out to put your kegs and glutes to the test? Well this workout will challenge you in ways you didn't think possible (I know it did for me) TRUST ME I was struggling hahah but you know I always keep it real! During this workout I use two sets of weights: HEAVY: 20lbs LIGHTER: 8lbs We alternate between the two during the first half of the workout. If you dont have weights, feel free to try this workout without weights, smaller weights, or even with bands! Structure of the workout: Warm up - 5 mins (1 minute per stretch) Strength - 18 mins (40 seconds exercise, 20 seconds rest) Water Break - 1 min Conditioning - 18 mins Finisher - 40 seconds Cool Down - 4 mins This workout truly challenged me, so don't feel sad or troubled if you need to take a couple breaks or even cut the workout in half to try between the span of 2 days! Thank you as always Jo. Now that was a workout. These thighs and bootie needed that. You are very good at what you do. Jo I would like to know are we suppose to hold our tummy in while during some of these movement workouts. Can you please let me know when I need to do so. Can you write squeeze butt or hold-in tummy. This pouch is something else. I wish I could buy your app. I am still seeking for work. I get very hungry at night. Please help! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

That burpee finisher! Wow! I done 17 burpees, I think I did 15 or 16 last time so an improvement and now I can-t wait to get to that cool down! - I burnt 360 calories total and out of the whole day that puts me on 460/335! Oh my Gosh!
Edit: omg after the cool down I-ve burnt 375 calories! I-m so happy with this and I-ve now gone to almost 500 calories for this day when my goal was only 335!

I am taking a minute break on the liek 5th exercise of the conditioning part because I can physically feel my heart and I am out of breath so much! Amazing workout and I-ve already looked and I-m at 245 calories out of 235 burnt! I-ve went over my goal and I-m so happy Jo!

I gave up at cool down and started doing low impacts after condioning. bro im writing this comment after long 10mins of break! but im proud of myself for doing this workout! though i cant feel my legs rn but its alright! thank you for this routine jo

WOOOOAAAHHH! That one was tough, but in a good way! I got 12 burpees in and honestly the little pep talk before was exactly what I needed. Thank you, like always you are wonderful and such a positive addition to any day!

I just counted down all the exercises till the break - I-m on water break now and I-m not out of breath but I-m sweating and definitely sore!
187 calories out of 225! I-m starting to think I-ll go over my goal!

I done this 2 days ago and I-m still feeling it. I-ve done Jo-s videos for about 5 months now but never done a lower body one. Now I-m thinking I definitely need to do more!

Only got through 30 mins of this, started to feel weak and lightheaded. I did have breakfast, one from your app, and added more protein in coffee for more energy as well.

This was intense, but loved it! I hit the pause button more than I'd like to admit but finished it. I was ready for a nap afterwards but I finished it lol. Thanks Jo!

I did 11 Burpees, that workout was great I've been trying to find a legs workout for ages there ate good one's but not good enough this one is my fav, thanks Jo
