-Love these, have been having my best workouts since COVID started now that I bought them. Only criticism is that the end caps (which you rotate to change --bestgym. equipment-- the weight) stick out and can do into your thighs if you rest the dumbbells vertically on your legs. Only a minor inconvenience though. -

This is another toucher! My 3rd of your workout for the day -another 10 minutes to complete my 1hour target. I started with the premier -then I proceeded to the one you used ankle weights last year in April, then this one. Please can you do a longer one with ankle weights? Thank you, you are my best girl xx

I've done so many different types of workouts from Insanity workouts to Jillian Michael workouts and I truly enjoy yours you are amazing and I am finally seeing results and I've been doing your workouts for about a month now and you're amazing keep on making more videos.

Loved it but would-ve liked a few arm stretches at the end after how much we-d used them at the start. I had a lovely surprise towards the end as we moved into those gorgeous stretches and didn-t realise we-d finished the workout! Thank you!

My knees are so sore from a couple of those cool downs - loved this so much - I burned 145 calories ( active ) but my goal is 210 for today so I-m gonna go do a dance party workout then your stretch! Bye Jo x

My watch isn-t charged enough to do these two and it-s getting late - so instead I-m going to do a dance party then I-m going to do this tomorrow
