Let me ask you do you plan on continuing the program and/or continue to lift at all? Now, let me answer a few questions at once here. My favorite athlete is George st. Pierre. The dude is just a bad ass. He can kick your favorite athletes ass. My favorite exercise is the dead lift. It works the whole posterior chain. Just remember keep the upper part of you shoulder blades together, chest out, neutral chin, and for the first 2 inches off the floor you don't want to think picking up the bar but pushing your feet through the floor, then pay attention to the knee and hip extending at the same time and keep the shoulder blades together through the movement. My least favorite exercise is side bends. My lower back kills me the next day after doing them. I probably use too big of a range of the motion.

Push ups are the worst! Hey Buff Dudes! IDK if you do Q&A's but what do u think and feel about the shoulder bomb exercise? Are there any long or short term negative effects? I've mixed in this exercise for a while now, and feel a great burn, but want to make sure I'm not damaging anything. Thanks for all your videos and advice, they have helped me a lot!

I have a feeling Louis isn't eating as much as he should be. He would have been surprised if he followed their advise on diet to a T. He would have been shocked at how much size he gained if he ate correctly.

Least favorite exercise: Walking Lunges for sure. But yet I feel they are also some of the most beneficial so I force myself to love them. Kinda the same way with burnout sets.

shout out to Lewis for sticking with a sucky program that's clearly at an intermediate bodybuilding level when all he needs is a basic 5x3 starting strength program.

Either calves or arms. They are probably the easiest, but probably the most inefficient in terms of gains.
Legs and abs are the most painful though
