But all due respect I would advice to do the dumbbell kettlebell exercise WITHOUT leaving the grip on the peak state and hold the grip tight and firm from start to finish.
Otherwise it will significantly lower, maybe lessen half of the tension on muscles and just become a momentum only movement.

I want to focus mainly on upper body growth, because my legs are already big since I played soccer for 8 years pretty intensively. Could anyone give some tips on exercises I could do instead of a second lower body day?
