Power workout! - superhero plan stage 4, day 3 - Buff Dudes A_Frame: This stage has been a challenge, im on week three, thinking ill do one more before moving on to stage 5. I think what I've enjoyed the most is how each stage does a wonderful job of pushing you out of your comfort zone. All in all its been awesome program, and I've been super happy looking in the mirror and seeing the progression! Love what you guys do!

Jiu jitsu is no joke, great way to burn calories and learn good skills for self defense. I-ll never forget the first time I got on the mats and did a 3 minute round. I was drenched in sweat and completely gassed

That push-press/push-jerk distinction created quite a controversy at the WSM a few years ago. Wonder if Eddie and Thor will see this. Either way, at least they can earn 6 figures beating the crap out of each other.

I have one question please, if i do one routine workout this week, the next week, should i be using the same exercises? or create another workout routine that contains different exercises
