Hey, Cori! Thanks so much for everything that you do. I have a question, while doing the internal/external rotation, the sciatica/piriformis syndrome in my left butt gets flared up a little. I-ve observed that with internal rotation of the hip. Would you know what else I could do to remedy this? I do a lot of glute strengthening and hip flexor stretching now after that was prescribed by my physio. It has helped to an extent but I want to get to the bottom of this.

Hello, I just came across your video because I am looking for a solution to my low back and knee pain. I weight lift often, but recently my lower back has become very sore so I decided to take a break. I really do not want to stop weight lifting because I love it: ( would you recommend stopping until my low back feels better? In the mean time work on hip mobility? As this could be a cause of my low back and knee pain.

Love this video in that it gets right to the move without a lot of blah blah blah ( expensive education full of useful knowledge - ehemmm ) - the best part is the comedy section where your moves and my mobility are light years apart. I'm 55 with very VERY stiff hips - your moves make me literally laugh out loud. but I try for them anyway! Mahalo ( thanks eh? )

Hi Cory, watched your sites on the way to LA. As a sports nutritionist and eating disorder specialist, worked with a lot of trainers, you are one of the very best! I have been having lower back pain and hip hinge problem, as you know it-s all related. Thanks for great sites. Will recommend to all my clients and friends! Take care!

Hey, I just found you video and I'm wondering if you will see this but also if these movements will help with hip pain which essentially feels like a spasm when in certain positions? Will give them a go and see but would love some advice too. Thanks

Thank you! I'm a recovering 3rd shift worker. Spent a good part of the work sitting and being quiet. Hips/hip flexors need help big time. Not sure they're ready for the extensions you demonstrate. Any tips for graduating into them?

As an age ing power lifter, your site has become my go to place to stay healthy and continue lifting. A great public service for us oldies. Will continue to promote your videos to my age bracket. Thank you so much.

hi everyone, if anyone else wants to learn about hip flexor pain exercises try Letza Joint Relief Lessons ( search on google )? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got cool results with it.

I find these extremely difficult and very discouraging when I perform them. I have a long way to go on my hip mobility. I think it-s the key to unlocking lower body strength gains and even lower abs!

THANK YOU! Great exercises! However, you Switch really fast between exercises. Hard to follow without pausing and rewinding all the time! A bit of a slower pace would be appreciated.
