I love how you give so many alternative exercises. Would be so great though if with the text of the name of the exercise you could also state what primary muscle is being used. With all your videos, I know I cannot do all the exercises you show, so I view the full video to pick out certain ones I'd like to try and in my making that decision, would be so great to know which muscle is the target. ;) Love your videos. Keep them coming!

KBells are my very favorite, but what I really want to say, you are very strong, I have the same competition bells as you, but only use my 12k and 16k for deadlifts, swings and rows, not strong enough for all the over presses and etc. but on a positive note I'm can use the pink bell for everything else till LOL. strong like. you're super amazing, thank you so much all these great exercises ideals and demo's

-By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it --bestgym. equipment-- around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates. -

OMG you are really strong. Amazing, I love your workouts, they are very challenging to me. I was wondering, could you perhaps make a video on obstable run based excercises: how to become stronger in both strenght and endurance-? In any case thank you for your inspiration!

What kind of watch are you wearing? You are not afraid of breaking it by kettlebell? Looks dangerous. I've watched all of your kettlebell's videos - I could not find cleans. You don't like cleans, do you?

Turkish bend, triceps on floor and seesaw press are going in my next class. I have 4 more classes to teach, before the gym closes due to a business take over: (
