3: 29 in yoga is -crow pose- (bakasana. I have tried to do it for years but my shoulder strength is bad due to my right shoulder pain. Incredible seeing how much upper body strength you have! Always inspiring, thanks Cori! :-)

Hi, which should one do for stability and core? You have so many great exercises? Is there a good substitute for a pull up? I seen the pole roll. Thanks Darrel
