Hi really like the look of these exercises, I'm wondering if these will help with my running, when I get to around mile 6 on my runs my inner groins really start to get sore and continue to get worse as my runs go on. My question is will doing these help strengthen my inner groin area or should I be doing something else. Thanks in advance Paul

Hello, Hello! Recently found your videos and LOVE the different moves you have! Question: how many reps should I do for each move. Not sure if I-d be able to do all the moves but will certainly include them in my routines.

I've been stretching for years to get my split but I'm a million miles away from it. I think it might be because my abductors are weak. Have you had any experiences of people with weak hips not being able to get the splits?

The thigh abductor is my 'travel area' so it's whatI want to workout the most. Should I do this whole routine so I can shape them? How many reps of each?

Great video, you should make one for seniors will hip replacement, and trendelenburg gait. We can't get on the ground anymore.
